Half Ruffles Crochet earrings

Terms used:
SC - Single crochet
CH - Chain
SS - Slip stitch
Steps to add ruffles to the Small Ring:
Layer 1, in the next space, make 2 SC.
Then 2 SC in the next (2nd space) and succeeding spaces (3rd to 15 spaces).
Twist to reverse.
Layer 2, on next space, make 2 SC.
Then on the next and succeeding spaces, make 2 SC.
In the last space, make 1 SC.
Then CH 1, pull the string and cut.
