So I took my husband to Disney for his 1st time for anniversary. He always complained about the cheesy magical moments people talk about. He had it. And it was just sweet. He want to go back now.
*Additional tip for the after hours/late night event and having a park day the next day!* If you’re going to attend a late night event and have another park day the next day, I would recommend going to the same park you attended for the late night event for your regular park day. Most recently on an August trip I had, I attended After Hours at Hollywood Studios and went to Hollywood Studios again the next day for my regular park day around 11am/12pm. That way we were able to do our absolute must do’s during the After Hours event that were available with no stress, and so we could get some much needed rest for a good park day and the opportunity to re-do rides/experiences we liked with no stress and experience the attractions/rides that weren’t open for After Hours.
Just got back from four days at WDW. AJ et al., couldn't have done it without you! We had a great time and we maneuvered all the pitfalls because of you guys!
We just booked our trip with Costco Travel Canada and learned the hard way that they don’t sell the meal plan. They waited until we booked the travel before letting us know and told us we had to book that portion directly. Called Disney and they told us to get the meal plan we have to book the entire trip directly. No 3rd party booking companies can sell the meal plan. This changed from the last time we booked back in 2015. Lesson learned.
As an international traveller: DDP is a way to lock in your exchange rate LONG before your travel. So, if you're worried that your currency may get weaker before your trip, getting it is a way to get around that for a portion of your expenses
When i was a kid i went to Disney. Will never forget the rain and the soggy socks. Have gone multiple times since then and i always always have a pair of extra socks in my bag.
Just got home from 2 weeks at Disney and a weeks Disney cruise and just wanted to say thank you for ALL your fabulous videos! We had an amazing time and your advice DEFINITELY made our holiday even more amazing ✨✨✨ and yes I have the Disney blues lol
Since going to conventions (and getting diorhea from undercooked chicken curry) I always pack a spare set of under pants and since going to a theme park (not Disney) & getting wet socks on a water ride meaning I had to buy new dry socks I always pack spare underwear (underpants and socks) when I go to Disney & conventions. Better to have them and not need them than need them & be caught out.
A couple of years ago, we really really needed to charge up a power scooter for a family member. We tried three or four outlets, but none of them had power. This was not fun.
for those rainy days how about those Waterproof Rain Shoe Covers, Silicone Overshoes with Zipper Non-slip Galoshes for Men and Women that you had mentioned in a previous vlog? I found them on Amazon and have them stashed in my save for later cart Oh yeah, ziplock bags too!!
We keep emergency flip flops in the backpack with the emergency ponchos. One person each day is tasked with carrying The Bag Of Rain Stuff. (One of those soft fabric string ding cheapo backpacks.)
We haven’t got the dining plan since before covid, pre covid we would get the delux dining plan, with which had multi QS, Table Service, and two snacks a day per person. We would always use to snacks sparingly so we could pack the rice crispy and bagged snacks at the end of the trip to have Disney snacks to eat at home the week after our trip.
Whenever I've had extra snacks credit, I look for the most miserable parent, introduce myself and tell them that we have an extra snack credit and that I would love to treat them to a snack no strings attached I just don't want to go to waste. That's just me though... I also like fat and happy parents.😂
I’m always astonished this page manages to create more content off tips for Disney, like I thought they covered everything with all the videos and no! I end up learning more with each one posted! I love it 😂❤
I took my family to Mickey's Not So Scary a couple weeks ago and unfortunately had no choice but to use Animal Kingdom as our park the next day. I wanted to make it a rest day, but my mom was paying and she didn't want the extra day. So, we got fast passes starting around 10am and I was the only person who stayed at the party past 10. They still had a great time in our three hours of party time! I also got us fast passes for AK the next day. I don't usually bother but being able to waltz onto rides like Navi River and Kilimanjaro Safari helped us get everything we wanted to do done within the 8 hours of park time we had.
We used extra snack credits at the end of our trip to get food and drinks at Starbucks for the ride home. We would also get some packaged treats as a gift for friends when we got home.
We were disappointed with the cinnamon roll from Gaston’s. While it was big, it was very dry and not as “cinnamony” or covered in frosting as we expected.. one and done for us
Our group/family of ten volunteers the space to change to anybody else that would need it. Water parks are Not the reason for us to go to Disney. The change from dessert on the quick service meals to specialty drinks was a lost perk for me as I don't alcohol. If you never used Magical Express it wasn't a lost perk. If you experienced it, it was Awesome! If you know, you know.
Just went to WDW last week... and we planned to go for a rope drop day at Epcot, after staying at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party until after the last show... that was a mistake... we ended up at Epcot around 10am 😂😂
I always take my swimwear in my carry on. I'm a big girl so I don't want to have to panic buy an expensive plus size swimsuit if my case goes walkabout!
If I may give a tip, is there any chance you could start timestamping these tips? If for example I dont plan on going to afterhours but there is a tip later in the video I want to see i'm not just skipping to the next tip and needing to guess where it starts!
Can you do a list of ways someone with a physical disability could navigate Disney with relative independence? I have a congenital skin condition that makes walking or standing for long periods extremely difficult. I've never been to either park, but I've always wanted to.
we'd suggest reaching out to Disney directly to find out which accommodations are available; they can be different in each park/at each ride and a Disney rep is going to have the best info
Dfb please help we were victims of the hurricane cancellation. My wife, kids and I drove all the way from MN for it. Can you help me find a way to get tickets for Sunday? This is our once in a lifetime trip it’s always been a dream of mine to spend Halloween at Disney.
Party tickets? You can try going to guest services just outside the gates at Magic Kingdom. Explain and ask nicely, and they may have a few available to sell to you. This happened before when a family member was short a ticket. Good luck.
I’m a brit. The times Iv been to Florida I haven’t checked in to my hotel till late at night. How the heck do I take advantage of the free water park if I don’t arrive at Disney till 10pm or 11pm at night?
Crash at an airport hotel after your flight. It’s far less expensive & next door to the airport and then in the morning travel to your Disney hotel well rested & early, droop your bags & enjoy the waterpark on your Disney check in day!
@@CourtneyNichols610 not really cheeper as people I’m with are still going to pay for same umber of nights at Disney so the airport hotel would just be another added expense to the holiday.
Love these vids but maybe consider not blocking the holiday photo op for the entirety of the MK nightime fireworks, especially as the holidays are coming. It’s a photo op for everyone, not a sit down and block for 20 mins like it’s yours.

Our first day is always Disney Springs. Gets us in the mood for the rest of the trip.

I’m so glad that I’m not the only one concerned about the middrift on those bears!😅😂
My biggest mistake is going in the summer time and dealing with the deadly humidity.
Haha yes! We spent so much on water but worth every dollar. They also get you with those ice cold shops.
We love to go in October or Before Spring Break!
I only go between October-April now and even those two months are pushing it
I work at disney and i gotta say your advice is right on the spot time and again i see guests make mistakes lol
Struggling to eat snacks, especially if you have paid for them already? this is a foreign concept to me lol
I’d be eating all the damn snacks
Did anyone else see the person standing on the back of Tron as it was going by the people mover at 20:29??
Some trains have a regular seat at the rear, for accommodation seating.

Wow. Wish I could get 3 weeks off of work to do that.
No idea how people don't spend snack credits! I've got so many foods I want to get, I'm going to run out immediately

I loooove the new Country Bears show. It's fun knowing all the songs and I love the country covers.
When I saw the thumbnail, I was thinking, “ that hurricane”

did I get the spelling correct? or is it Brea ?
Thank you! ❤
@@dfbbreea ah ha! Thats how you spell your name! Got it!
Or. Book your ride share when you get off the plane and do the “wait” option. It’s usually cheaper
I loved the new country bears.
Not packing a poncho in the park bag in September is a big mistake. Multiple pants and shoes to change into at the hotel also vital 😂
I used to binge your videos in 2019 before my xmas trip which was my first time ever going to wdw now i get to binge them again for my 2nd visit

4pm for not so scary and Christmas party.
Disney adults are literally out there putting their wet underpants in ziploc bags so that they can see Donald Duck
