That Noctis and MoM interaction is hilarious considering in the English Dub they're both voiced by Ray Chase. Oh and poor Selphie, she should be used to OP powers by now, considering her original universe...

All of the final fantasy characters that are in kingdom hearts are different tho. It's like a what if version of all of them so Selphie, Wakka, and Tidus actually all have a somewhat normal life. If it was the same version of them from their respective games than this would still be surprising but Selphie would not be so freaked out considering her limit break in FF8 is a game of chance where the jackpot is she just instant kills the enemy in the encounter. In other words she would actually be a little impressed.

Noctis has to sacrifice his life to return the light of the world in the base game, however he has a different, and admittedly better fate in Dawn of the Future (a book that collects a heap of scrapped DLC that was meant to be for FF XV).
