Sean Conway - 1000 mile self supported run kit list

In the summer of 2014 I'll be running from John O'Groats down to Land's End - the length of Britain.
I am going to do it completely solo and unsupported. That means carrying all my camping kit, food and water to survive. Here is all the kit I am taking with me.
