Mothers will sometimes move her pups who haven’t been able to feed in all the chaos to a secluded area so they can feed privately. Just something to be aware of, she may be trying to give them special attention. Worth keeping an eye on the weight of those pups
Yes that totally makes sense. Especially bc the ones she grabbed do appear to be smaller than some of the others. Aww now I feel bad bc he put them back. Like they missed out on some special feeding time with their mommy 😢
she most likely moved the puppies to feed them individually. because she doesn't have enough nipples to feed all of the pups at once she may bring the smaller ones over to make sure they're fed. make sure you're weighing these pups often and have a bottle and formula prepared in case some of them aren't getting the proper amount of food!💕
You know I came to comment something the same. I work in a nursing home and one of the old fellas told me a story about when he was a boy on the farm. His dog had 12 pups and they found them moved into two piles. They moved them back but she separated them again. She was taking turns feeding each lot so they didn't move them again after they realised. Dogs are so smart.

Hey Joey, Mama showing teeth isn’t an aggressive behaviour that’s just how dogs communicate. Their are many more steps before she would even think about attacking, from what I could see it look like she was just telling Wolf to stop or back away because he approach her to quickly or she got nervous. Unless your dogs aren’t good at reading other dogs body language it would be safe for them to hangout together. Obviously there might have been other things I did not see in the video I’m not trying to tell you what to do, I appreciate you and the work you do for animals

I don't think he will keep May, although he may keep one of the puppies, but most likely not as he already has 2 Huskies and will also in the future maybe most likely take care of more dogs, so the chances aren't high, but who knows. Yes I agree! She seems so gentle and loving. Very loyal and sweet. She would make an amazing cuddler. She has these soulful eyes with lots of love to give. I can't wait till she can come inside and get all the Joey love she can handle! She deserves it all and more!
Put the mattress on the floor, they will be okay if the mattress isn’t that high from the ground. She is doing that cause she wants to be able to feed the ones that aren’t getting enough. Doesn’t look like it be all that work to remove the box spring/mattress frame, for her to feed on the bed. Doesn’t look like she messes the bed up. Just put a blanket you don’t care for her to use as well as a mattress protecter. Maybe 2 just incase the puppies pee. Seems a little high maintenance but with that many puppies it kinda has to cater to all.

the puppies cant poop/pee without simulation until their a bit older, so shes not really “eating their poop and pee” instead shes making them poop and pee :) just happens to be with her tounge lol!

the puppies cant poop/pee without simulation until their a bit older, so shes not really “eating their poop and pee” instead shes making them poop and pee :) just happens to be with her tounge lol!
and their poop and pee is completely milk based so its also good for momma

It’s amazing how they can smell the milk WOW! They really have an epic nose don’t they! And so early and small. I’m so impressed. She likes the poop because it’s literally all milk🤣
