Classic Dirt Bikes "Sammy Miller Ariel HT-5 Trials Bike"

A quick look around one of the most iconic trials motorcycles ever made. This is Sammy Miller's Ariel HT-5 which has won countless trials event's not only in the UK but in Europe and internationally. These pictures and video were taken when the bike was on display in the Sammy Miller Museum in 2019.

Those pics look like the shop in / near New Milton Hants where I bought my leather jacket and boots. Remember Sammy Miller's name and pics on the walls, it was like a large shop / warehouse unless my memory is dulling. I remember a duel between a Porsche and Honda CBX, Porshe left standing

Have a couple of photos of Sammy riding GOV132 in a 1976 Cotswolds trial. Looks in a slightly rougher state than it does here !

The whole Sammy Miller museum is brilliant, with bikes of all kinds. It is well, well worth a visit if you get the chance....

I've had the pleasure and honour of riding GOV several times many years ago when I rode for Sammy. It's quite the the bike to ride !!!
