Sadly of recent news, Austin stated that they don’t really have plans for Pb&Jeff in the future. But he said he and Jeff might do a playthrough of Loz CDI together after the whole covid 19 thing is done with. Hardcore also isn’t dead either, there just hasn’t been a plan for doing one yet. PB&Jeff was the prime of RUclips. RUclips is making it extremely hard for creators to make the money they need to survive these crazy times. In some honest interviews Austin opened up about the challenges he faced being a boss, but all that being said this channel is special. It got me through some of my toughest times in college and still helps me on challenging nights to go back and watch. I miss this duo greatly, and like all of you I wish they’d return. Here’s to hope they someday can recapture the magic that this show brought.
I’m with you 100%. I remember watching them in the dorms, I’d reward myself with a few hours of content on this channel after completely any particularly difficult homework session, or after a study session during finals. I went to undergrad in Hawaii and my family were thousand upon thousands of miles away living on the East coast. I was so lonely initially and these vids filled that void until I could build up a solid base of friends. I’m glad this channel is still up, and I’m glad peebs is still making content and that Jeff is streaming, but damn do I miss how it used to be.
It's understandable that they had other plans and schedules got in the way and all that but...the fact that there was never something like a goodbye or a "sorry, plans have changed". Just gone like that. I miss the feeling of PB&Jeff with all the running gags over the years like "I pressed it to jump" but more importantly I miss hardcore...nothing on RUclips has ever replicated that feeling. I understand it's hard to get that many people to record together and plan the whole thing but man does it hurt. I've been coming back to this vid way too often these past months, although I wanted to stay subbed just in case they came back...Imma have to just leave now before I keep getting reminded of it...like reliving a friend moving away again and again...

I used to watch this channel all the time! I LOVED his LSD Dream Emulator and Mario 64 Chaos Edition series's. They were what ACTUALLY made me get a RUclips account lol.

To think this was the end of the channel is sad, it's been 3 years since the death of this incredibly good channel. An end of an Era. A wish that someday we have another channel like PBGGameplay and a series like PB & Jeff appears.
I still think about this channel a lot… I used to watch their videos everyday for years and it makes me sad that they just ended it so abruptly… I still watch their older videos but it’s not the same :(
I try to watch teh old videos and just get sad with the realization that it ended, it wouldn’t be as bad if they ended the series they were playing and said a goodbye but no and it just kinda hurts
It does hurt for sure. Even seeing Space Hamster has stopped uploading and only streams, then I looked at his vods channels and they barely get as many views as his regular vids. It all makes me realize how much time’s passed and gets me sad af.
Over a year later, I miss it. I really miss it. I’m happy that Austin and Jeff are doing they’re own things and are doing well. This was one of my, if not my #1 series on RUclips. I couldn’t even count how many laughs I’ve had because of this show and how many days were brightened. This show will live on in my memory and heart. Thank you, pb&jeff.

I can barely watch Twitch streams, it's just not my thing... But I'm feeling more and more forced into it these days as that's how everything seems to be going. I just miss the old days. I wish we got to see the rest of that Leaf Green Randomizer Nuzlocke that was always promised to come back.
Hey Peebs. I know things are probably complicated and rough right nlw and deciding what you wanna do is hard. I know that you're probably mever gonna see this. And I know you probably feel pressured by a lot of people expecting things out of you. Maybe you even decided to stop because of the toxic, judging comments you constantly got for "playing badly" or "not paying attention." Honestly though, I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for all the videos you and Joof put out, the entertainment and laughs and butt clenching you provided for free. I still constantly watch through your guys' playlists, especially since I've been bedridden and doing very badly. Watching through your guys' old stuff, especially the Mario playthroughs, has been keeping me stable, and keeping me going. Maybe that sounds a little ridiculous, but it's true. Even when I'm going through messed up mental stuff, rewatching your old Mario 64 DS playthrough or you and Jeff playing through Super Mario World randomized has really helped when I needed something to give me a laugh, or just to hear talking in the silence. I've been a huge fan for years, and you're very relatable to me. You struggle with a lot of the same things I do when playing games because of ADD and it's never made me mad, just... relieved to know I wasn't alone. Even if you and/or Jeff never upload again and you decide you're through with doing these kinds of LPs, I just wanted to thank you for the things you did already make, that I can still watch at any time. It's been 7 months since the apocalypse started. People have gone crazy, and there is seemingly no end to this horror. I don't know how much longer we can go on like this, our heroes have disappeared. There is no evidence suggesting this will end soon, we just have to hope.

It has almost been 2 months without a single pb&Jeff video. Confusion and misery is all that is left. Only sustained by rewatches of super Mario 64 runs we need help.
On twitter Peebs said he's soul searching and trying to figure out what to do with his life. He said he's not happy right now even though he feels like should be. A poster here said in one of his Twitch streams, Peebs said that he and Jeff had a falling out.
It's hard to not be bitter at this. Peebs was my favorite RUclipsr for probably about 7 years. He's since been replaced, as I consider the videos on the Peebs channel subpar to his past standards. One of the worst things as other people have said is Peebs' lack of saying *anything.* Peebs and Jeff complimented each other's humor so well, it was amazing.
Its so strange and sad to see this happen. I hadn't watched this channel for a little bit and I came back to watch this for nostalgia. When I tried to find ths link to the channel on pbg though, it wasn't even in the e-crushes list where he keeps peebs. I eventually found it, but when I did, it filled me with an unexpected and overwhelming sadness at what I saw. An abandoned channel. Not even abandoned because of plague issues, just... abandoned. Forgotten, like a kids toy left on the shelf. The last video over a year old, most comments on it 6 months or older. Some talking about how Pbg and Jeff talked about how they might bring this back, some just sad they're gone. The only way I can describe the sensation is finding out a loved one passed after the funerals already finished. I'll truly miss this channel. If they ever come back, well, I look forward to watching them again.
8 years ago I watched pbg get all the masks in Majoras Mask on this channel, but now its so sad to see it forgotten for more than a year without any sort of goodbye. At the time i was 7 and I always loved the Captain's hat video because it was uploaded 1 day after my birthday and thought it was in a weird way "mine" I was here when pb and jeff was announced and started. Its really sad to see his main channel still going but personally i feel a stronger connection with this channel. If you ever see this Austin, just know you've made me who I am, who I was, who I've been for more than 8 years now. Thank you
This used to be my childhood through since I was 9. Genuinely I will admit it, I used to be a iPad kid but used to watch this legends. Before I went to sleep at the age of 16 today, I remembered this legend’s but they are now gone….. I wish to see them soon

I really miss these guys. I grew up with them as my brother is the one who showed me these channels. They really meant alot to me so it's sad to imagine that most of them have either, moved on, past controversies and many more unfortunate circumstances. It really does sadden me. However, there are still memories to be had of the good moments and that is what I cherish most when I am fondly reminded of these guys. Hope all is well for them and for the rest of the viewers who loved their content as dearly as I have.
UPDATE: As of September 14th, PBG said on Twitter the lull is due to a period where he's been soul searching and basically trying to reformat his lifestyle. He seems to be going through some emotionally straining times after the ProJared drama, he did say in another tweet that it mainly is just a happiness issue, he should update us on it soon.

The damages were done, people died but they could save it... nothing. November 2019 ( also known as Zelda month): Ganon needed to be deafeted, he was the leader of the Zambies. We needed our hero Pingus, Peenjom, Peebs whoever... No one. December 2019: We heard the zombies were making a infectious disease called COVID-19. We didn’t think much because our minds were set on the hero’s we wanted them to hardcore this apocalypse... No trace. January 2020: Fires broke loose everywhere. We needed them to extinguish it... April 2020: The virus we thought not of, broke loose. We knew poobens and joof couldn’t get to each other but they could of done it online like the first appearances of them... Present day: I heard rumours about them coming back but are they MYTHS?... Edit: on a personal note this was my favourite channel and it’s hard to think they’re gone, they were in my daily routine and it’s sad to think rn most of the time I forget they were here in the first place, and the saddest part wasn’t them leaving, it was they didn’t say goodbye. 20:53

For anyone here who misses PBGameplay videos, the closest thing we're going to get are the edited videos on PBG's archive channel Peebs. I'd highly recommend them. He played Mario Party with Jeff on his birthday stream in one of them along with Chadtronic. It's a very good video.
This might be long, and Austin will probably never see it, but… It’s been a couple years since my sister introduced me to you guys. I still remember the first videos I saw - the Wind Waker hacked series. Ever since then, this channel has been a bright spot in my life. Some videos I would watch by myself, like Hardcore (I’ve never been so invested in a series before). Others my sister and I would enjoy together, like Mario Party or hacked or spooky videos. I remember laughing together so hard we cried. In the evenings, my sister and my dad and I would watch videos like Snipperclips, Mario Maker, or Death Road to Canada together. When I had to leave for college, your videos reminded me of home. I would take a 20 minute lunch break after classes to eat and watch the daily upload before tackling my load of work and heading off to late-night rehearsals. Now? Your uploads stopped the week I came back to college. I’m rewatching old videos, but it’s not the same. I miss you and Jeff. I miss your solo videos. I miss Todd and Jack's editing. I understand if you need time - your personal life and relationships are infinitely more important than any of us out here across the internet. Just know we miss you. I… I hope you and Jeff are alright. I’m not unsubscribing anytime soon, so take your time, friend. There are those of us out here who are here for you.
I love that you shared how this channel has brightened you and your families day on so many occasions. Watching PB&Jeff felt like hanging out with a couple of good friends. I totally relate to the part about college, their videos were the daily consistency I needed and were one of the best moments of my day! i loved this channel, I still come back to rewatch, and I'm really glad I can without feeling too sad about it knowing these two are still friends :] I'll always miss this channel, it got me through some of the roughest times in my life, but I just hope Austin and Jeff continue to stay friends so I can watch back on these with happy memories

After the 3rd day I was so worried and that's when I needed to hear something, I needed an announcement or something to tell me they'd be back soon... i grew up with austin and hammy, and i remember me and my older sister being so sad that they stopped making videos on this channel. we still frequently go back to their old videos and series’ sometimes. rip pbggameplay, and here’s to hoping they finish that miitopia playthrough.
An eternity has passed and yet the channel still is empty, like a graveyard, almost all Hope has been lost. Only few believe that eventually they will return. I hope they return for Animal crossing New Horizons.

I’ve been a longtime fan and this was always my favorite part of each night when I was in college. It was super relaxing and felt like I was apart of a little group of friends. I still go back and rewatch series every now and then. I really wish they would continue the PB&Jeff series.

I still think about this channel a lot… I used to watch their videos everyday for years and it makes me sad that they just ended it so abruptly… I still watch their older videos but it’s not the same :(

I try to watch teh old videos and just get sad with the realization that it ended, it wouldn’t be as bad if they ended the series they were playing and said a goodbye but no and it just kinda hurts
It does hurt for sure. Even seeing Space Hamster has stopped uploading and only streams, then I looked at his vods channels and they barely get as many views as his regular vids. It all makes me realize how much time’s passed and gets me sad af.
This is one of my favourite channels of all time, still is. I hope something happens, even just a final update video. I miss this.
Over a year later, I miss it. I really miss it. I’m happy that Austin and Jeff are doing they’re own things and are doing well. This was one of my, if not my #1 series on RUclips. I couldn’t even count how many laughs I’ve had because of this show and how many days were brightened. This show will live on in my memory and heart. Thank you, pb&jeff.

I can barely watch Twitch streams, it's just not my thing... But I'm feeling more and more forced into it these days as that's how everything seems to be going. I just miss the old days. I wish we got to see the rest of that Leaf Green Randomizer Nuzlocke that was always promised to come back.
Hey Peebs. I know things are probably complicated and rough right nlw and deciding what you wanna do is hard. I know that you're probably mever gonna see this. And I know you probably feel pressured by a lot of people expecting things out of you. Maybe you even decided to stop because of the toxic, judging comments you constantly got for "playing badly" or "not paying attention."
Honestly though, I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for all the videos you and Joof put out, the entertainment and laughs and butt clenching you provided for free. I still constantly watch through your guys' playlists, especially since I've been bedridden and doing very badly. Watching through your guys' old stuff, especially the Mario playthroughs, has been keeping me stable, and keeping me going.
Maybe that sounds a little ridiculous, but it's true. Even when I'm going through messed up mental stuff, rewatching your old Mario 64 DS playthrough or you and Jeff playing through Super Mario World randomized has really helped when I needed something to give me a laugh, or just to hear talking in the silence.
I've been a huge fan for years, and you're very relatable to me. You struggle with a lot of the same things I do when playing games because of ADD and it's never made me mad, just... relieved to know I wasn't alone. Even if you and/or Jeff never upload again and you decide you're through with doing these kinds of LPs, I just wanted to thank you for the things you did already make, that I can still watch at any time.

As much as it sucks they aren't uploading on hear, it is a breath of fresh air to know it's not because of some personal fight or something lol. Said they were still friends and jeff occasionally pops up in peebs' vids.

I don't think they will upload on this channel anymore. This used to be my favorite channel for a long time, really the only thing I consistently watched on youtube...it brightened so many of my days, I'm sad there is no new content so I've been rewatching old videos and it makes me miss it even more. It's hard to not be bitter at this. Peebs was my favorite RUclipsr for probably about 7 years. He's since been replaced, as I consider the videos on the Peebs channel subpar to his past standards.
One of the worst things as other people have said is Peebs' lack of saying *anything.*
Peebs and Jeff complimented each other's humor so well, it was amazing.

Its so strange and sad to see this happen. I hadn't watched this channel for a little bit and I came back to watch this for nostalgia. When I tried to find ths link to the channel on pbg though, it wasn't even in the e-crushes list where he keeps peebs. I eventually found it, but when I did, it filled me with an unexpected and overwhelming sadness at what I saw. An abandoned channel. Not even abandoned because of plague issues, just... abandoned. Forgotten, like a kids toy left on the shelf. The last video over a year old, most comments on it 6 months or older. Some talking about how Pbg and Jeff talked about how they might bring this back, some just sad they're gone. The only way I can describe the sensation is finding out a loved one passed after the funerals already finished. I'll truly miss this channel. If they ever come back, well, I look forward to watching them again.

8 years ago I watched pbg get all the masks in Majoras Mask on this channel, but now its so sad to see it forgotten for more than a year without any sort of goodbye. At the time i was 7 and I always loved the Captain's hat video because it was uploaded 1 day after my birthday and thought it was in a weird way "mine" I was here when pb and jeff was announced and started. Its really sad to see his main channel still going but personally i feel a stronger connection with this channel. I really miss these guys. I grew up with them as my brother is the one who showed me these channels. They really meant alot to me so it's sad to imagine that most of them have either, moved on, past controversies and many more unfortunate circumstances. It really does sadden me. However, there are still memories to be had of the good moments and that is what I cherish most when I am fondly reminded of these guys. Hope all is well for them and for the rest of the viewers who loved their content as dearly as I have.

As of September 14th, PBG said on Twitter the lull is due to a period where he's been soul searching and basically trying to reformat his lifestyle. He seems to be going through some emotionally straining times after the ProJared drama, he did say in another tweet that it mainly is just a happiness issue, he should update us on it soon.

It’s been a couple years since my sister introduced me to you guys. I still remember the first videos I saw - the Wind Waker hacked series. Ever since then, this channel has been a bright spot in my life. Some videos I would watch by myself, like Hardcore (I’ve never been so invested in a series before). Others my sister and I would enjoy together, like Mario Party or hacked or spooky videos. I remember laughing together so hard we cried. In the evenings, my sister and my dad and I would watch videos like Snipperclips, Mario Maker, or Death Road to Canada together. When I had to leave for college, your videos reminded me of home. I would take a 20 minute lunch break after classes to eat and watch the daily upload before tackling my load of work and heading off to late-night rehearsals.
Now? Your uploads stopped the week I came back to college. I’m rewatching old videos, but it’s not the same. I miss you and Jeff. I miss your solo videos. I miss Todd and Jack's editing. I understand if you need time - your personal life and relationships are infinitely more important than any of us out here across the internet. Just know we miss you. I… I hope you and Jeff are alright. I’m not unsubscribing anytime soon, so take your time, friend. There are those of us out here who are here for you.

I love that you shared how this channel has brightened you and your families day on so many occasions. Watching PB&Jeff felt like hanging out with a couple of good friends. I totally relate to the part about college, their videos were the daily consistency I needed and were one of the best moments of my day! After the 3rd day I was so worried and that's when I needed to hear something, I needed an announcement or something to tell me they'd be back soon... I still can't stop coming back here to post comments every so often... I just miss it so much...
i grew up with austin and hammy, and i remember me and my older sister being so sad that they stopped making videos on this channel. we still frequently go back to their old videos and series’ sometimes.
