    Ty for this. I have very poor balance. I am 72 yrs old. I had a stroke 2 yrs ago and had some damage to brain. Very light. But I just now realized that my issues with balance may have started then. 😮

    Thank you so much I have only done these exercises for four days. After being a falls risk with 7 falls in the last year. I can see I can balance better already. It’s safe on the counter top. Keep up the great work Doug.

    I find heel to toe is much easier with a flexed knee, particularly going backwards. Is that o.k.?

    Guess you dont have avice to relearn to walk again after brain tumor

      Hello Johnny, This video is aimed at helping people who have lost their balance for any reason. I believe it can help someone with a brain tumor. But the degree of benefit would be limited by the. type and severity of the brain tumor. A large part of my practice is helping people with tumors and brain injuries, and these exact exercises are highly effective with that population.
