Ty for this. I have very poor balance. I am 72 yrs old. I had a stroke 2 yrs ago and had some damage to brain. Very light. But I just now realized that my issues with balance may have started then. 😮
I hope these exercises help, most of the my clients are very much like yourself!
Thanks for sharing And God 💕🙏❤️ Bless U Dr. Doug. I was Hopeless for 9yrs and Now I feel l seen the Light from our LORD 🙏❤️🙏 Jesus Christ ❤️💟
Thank you so much I have only done these exercises for four days. After being a falls risk with 7 falls in the last year. I can see I can balance better already. It’s safe on the counter top. Keep up the great work Doug.
It's wonderful that we can regain some of our lost proprioception. Thank you for showing us how.
Great, to the point. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you very much for your very helpful video.

Guess you dont have avice to relearn to walk again after brain tumor
Hello Johnny, This video is aimed at helping people who have lost their balance for any reason. I believe it can help someone with a brain tumor. But the degree of benefit would be limited by the. type and severity of the brain tumor. A large part of my practice is helping people with tumors and brain injuries, and these exact exercises are highly effective with that population.
