@@DanPrice Yeah its not the longest is it.. Looks like you are doing really well mate. I had a nav lesson on Sunday to White Waltham so had my first grass landing myself. I expect you will head there in the near future.
It’s been so hectic! Going in to sixthform after year 11, basically to a new environment... also on holidays too! However, this lesson is my most difficult lesson so far, as you have to be aware and multi task! Thank you though, does mean a lot!
Flying with Dan That's okay. We're all challenged at the moment - so no worries. The C42 sounded nice with electric flaps, stage two of flap can be a bit tricky with manual versions in C42, according to my buddy.
Great. If I can make a suggestion..you said you have edited it, but still nearly an hour, which is longer than most You tubers will sit in front a video. Maybe split it up into separate videos.
MrAlwaysBlue I fully understand that. Like I said at the end, I did try my best to cut it down but I couldn’t pick up the bits which weren’t as important. We were up in the air for a long time, hence why this video has a long duration. However, the other two Videos are much shorter. They won’t always be this long. Also, I don’t mind if people don’t watch all of it, or even if they quickly go through it. I’m glad you enjoyed it - thank you!
@@DanPrice Did your instructor say 60 litres of fuel during the FREDA check? That would make the aircraft significantly above MTOW with two adults on-board. They can fly and often are flown over overweight, but that seems excessive for a local flight as the typical burn is only 12 litres per hour.
Ben Bayliss The plane already contains a built in camera. Also, the plane has cables which allows the pilots transfer the communication from the ATC and our talks to the footage.
Good stuff Dan. Keep them coming.
Thank you Chris! Took me ages to edit this video due to school starting again.... but thank you!
Nice video. Haven’t landed on the grass at Gloucester looked fun.
My Flying Adventures it’s an experience, like my instructor said - only once! Very short though. However, for you it would be a very short taxi;)

The North RW at Enstone is pretty rough according to a buddy of mine.
Well done Dan. I’m hopefully doing the same exercises next lesson too.
Thank you Jed! Where do you fly from? Good Luck too!

Just found your channel today. It's great, you seem to be doing well.
Is this C42 one of the versions with electric flaps and trim?
Muso Seven sorry for the late reply. I’ve had a lot of things going on in my life aha!
Yes indeed, it is electric flaps and trim, it was so nice

How do you do your video on a camera in a aircraft
