Antonov AN-124 with an Apache AH64-E Longbow attack helicopter inside!

The mighty Antonov AN-124 touching down into Avalon Airport carrying a brand new Boeing AH64-E Apache Longbow inside.
Having flown in from Honolulu and the continental US, it was delivering the Apache which has been performing demonstration flights for VIP's, hopefully we could see an Apache flying in ADF colours and badges in the future.
In the mean time, the Antonov is forming a central part of the show, being on static display. During the day it is open for the public to walk through. Seeing inside the Antonov was a sight to behold, not only for its sheer size, but the retro Soviet era look to it as well.

Very cool - I can't wait to walk through it and compare the size to the C17 (which I'm also assuming I'll be able to work through). btw how do you get access to the airport during the week to take photos?

You do notice how much bigger it is than the C17, which is already massive! It just feels like it keeps going
