    Great idea, Ed! And very clever selection of materials. This foam can be used for making armor and other accessories for other toy lines as well, with pretty good results. Thanks for sharing!

    You did an awesome job on the vests that vocal that you talked about I seen some of that stuff in the dollar store I saw it like in a strip of it that you can cut and no it wasn't that expensive because I bought it and I'm not going to buy something like that if it's expensive awesome video

    Maybe a way to do the same build with aluminum armor?.

    With that same technique, how about doing a S.W.A.T. squad? The challenge there would be to make the same vest 3-4 times, but customise each one based on the individual figures requirements, such as assault and sniper. :D

    Smooth idea but the padding inside an old bra works too. You have the option to stitch snaps or velcro.

    Hi, this video is extremely helpful! I had a question. I have the mezco deathstroke px, and I took off its shoulder pads, bought some braided elastic from hobby lobby. Would super glue be good to glue the elastic onto the plastic? I wanted to make the shoulder pad removable with elastic to put onto another figure.

      thanks, you can try michael's or any hobby store, they call it "craft foam" usually sell it in sheets of 12" x 12"

      Tron Arts you can go to ebay or aliexpress and look for the terms miniature dollhouse buckle and maybe add 2 mm size or 1/8 inch size. Try that. They make them for 1/8 inch size ribbons.

    There is a little mistake in your clip. The Flaps are always on the backpanel flapping forward on to the Frontpanel. But a fine project. The result looks great. Greetings from Germany
