Our semi-rural Council bylaws specify all animals (cats and dogs included) are to be kept on owners premises, and not permitted to wander. However Council has received complaints from people about their cats have been seen taken by feral foxes! Too many feral and diseased cats about alone, yet they expect others to help them.
I starten wachting live, but it's after midnight where i live. So i fell a sleep. I watched it back and what a different meeting than what i saw a year ago. Council members working together. Positive change for people of OC. No drama. No Ego's that are only there for themselfes. Congrats to all the people of OC

Im begining to wonder if certain people have been instructed to attend the meeting by other certain individuals just to cause trouble. That woman admitted her dog is regularly on other people's property, and seemed to justify it by saying it does nobody any harm. That isn't the point. If the dog owner has permission for their dog to be on another person's property then that's ok, if not, keep your dog on your own property. To be honest it seemed this was another person aiming another personal attack at Zim, i.e. Are our taxes going up because of RV parks? Unfortunately it seems some people don't want progress and are only happy if they are causing conflict.
That was a great town meeting. Iam so happy for the people of Otter Creek and the town. I pray that the festival is a great success. I wish I could volunteer to help but I live too far away. Best wishes for all involved. Keep up the excellent work Willis and thank you.

My hometown has a Threshing festival every year. Mostly steam powered engines. We also have a train. Railways have so much history!
