Try Democracy Jeans with "ab solution" they are the best. I get them from Nordstorm Rack, or Amazon. I am very curvy, and usually wear a size 12 or 14 with this brand. There is no gap in the back due to butt/waist ratio and I do not need to tailor them. I highly recommend!

Idk if you have tried jeans from express but I worked there for a few years and I hated jeans until I tried the legging fit that they have. I'm a 8/10 now and I was a 14 last year and my size 12 still fit well, so the jeans have a lot of stretch. I had a lot of regular customers that were curvy and only wore jeans from there and American eagle. See if you can get a campaign with them
Vintage jeans at Zara fit curvy girls, great, those are the only style there. A girl on Twitter posted about h&m shaping jeans being great for curvy girls with thick thighs and loads of ppl agreed, celebrity by pink at Macy's are really great, and certain jeans at Old Navy.
