Those places are north of dallas. More expensive than actual dallas. Depending on where you are if you not working from home. In Dallas you can try Oakcliff. Big neighborhood and houses are bigger and built better than these new ones. People might tell you otherwise about oakcliff. I would even suggest Richardson.
