You shall require the following:
1 Cup Vegan Butter (Miyoko's)
2 Cups Pastry Flour
1 TBSP Raw Sugar/Turbinado Sugar
1/2 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
6 TBSP Ice Cold Water (up to - add gradually)
1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

Thoughts/Notes:
For this one, it is best to keep your place cold, hands cold, and the dough cold. You do not want the vegan butter to melt. Shredding it like I do with the food processor's shredding tool helps to get all those little pieces to mix with the flour. If you decide to use a box grater, continue to be mindful of the temperature.
If things get melty as you mix, pop the bowl in the fridge for ten minutes or so.
You want the vegan butter to be in the freezer for ten minutes before starting ideally. if it is in a plastic container, take it out, and wrap it tightly in parchment paper and then pop it into a ziplock before it goes into the freezer.
It was a challenge to shoot this one while trying to maintain optimal results with this pastry. In the end, it was flaky, buttery tasting, and simply amazing! Puff pastry perfection! I made a second batch so that I can enjoy my own homemade puff pastry both with a savoury creation and sweet creation.
