Lots of patience needed. By the way, how about chocolate covered almonds. Will they stick together? How do the come out covered individually?

Individual chocolate almonds, will need to be added into the chocolate 1 at time. If the almonds are added altogether, you would get chocolate almond bark. Thank you😊

Mmmm yum! Tho, I prefer my nuts & seeds raw, so I'll add them nearer the end of the caramelization process, but yeah, a lot of these are in my near future. Sigh... thanks lol
