Hi Nancy, they look soooooo delicious. They in fact are not that hard to make, just time consuming. I have never made them myself but after watching you make them I sure am going to make them. What frightens me is making the dough 😀, have a good weekend and thanks for sharing your recipe.
Hi Nancy these look so good ! How do make this with beef ?? My husband Portuguese, but I am not. He doesn’t cook so, I’m trying to learn more Portuguese food. Thank you. Take care!
They are made different. Same concept, different ingredients. I will add the link to my Shrimp Pattie recipe below. Thank you🥰 ruclips.net/video/SS6H6xq62RI/видео.html
Wow these look awesome, thank you. I'm definitely going to try to make these. One question, do you fry them and freeze them or do you freeze them without frying?
When I make a large batch, I fry a few like I did here on the video before freezing the tuna patties. I fried 10 tuna patties and placed the rest in a container in the freezer. You don't not have to freeze them before frying. I hope I answered your question. Thank you😊
Hi Shawn, here is my shrimp patties recipe link below. If you make homemade shrimp patties, you can place as much shrimp as you like. Thank you 😊 ruclips.net/video/SS6H6xq62RI/видео.html
Thank you 😊...please can you confirm the thickness of the rolled out dough. The video said 1 and a half inches....think it could be less than half a centimeter🤔
Hi Fatima. When rolling out the dough, you want to ensure there is a slight thickness to avoid the filling from coming out when frying. When you place the filling and overlap the dough it stretches thinner, at that point, it will be approximately the measurement of half cm. Thank you for your question.🥰
You can freeze the Tuna Patties. In this video, the recipe makes 30 Tuna Patties. I fried 10 Tuna patties after I made them and placed the remaining 20 in a container in the freezer. The Tuna patties were not frozen when I fried them. Thank you for your question😊

@diywithnancyg1502 awesome! ... thanks Nancy, can't wait to try them🤗
they look great but it looks to me like you froze them before frying. is that what you did?
You can freeze the Tuna Patties. In this video, the recipe makes 30 Tuna Patties. I fried 10 Tuna patties after I made them and placed the remaining 20 in a container in the freezer. The Tuna patties were not frozen when I fried them. Thank you for your question😊
To knead the dough could you throw it into your stand mixer instead of cooking your hands?
You can wait until it cools slightly and roll the dough. You can try with the stand mixer with the hook attachment. Thank you for your question😊
Nancy, you meant to say, Quarter inch thick one and a half inch is the size of your whole finger
Yes, my apologies. I show the thickness on the video. Thank you for the feedback😊
