I'm not a lawyer either, but when you correlate the shoe print found at the scene plus he used his access code twice around the time of the break in, I'm smart enough to know that he's the guy. I am sure you'd figure it out to.
I'm not a lawyer either, but she should have read him his rights BEFORE she began questioning him. If you walk up to a crime scene and a person starts shouting "I did it! I killed them!" there's not much you can do about that. But inviting someone in to specifically ask them questions regarding their role as a suspect in a crime...you needed to Miranda before you started asking. The whole point is to uphold their 5th Amendment rights against self incrimination. SCOTUS ruled that you can't assume they know their rights.
@@pinkfire2344 Which is why she did so after, she can't use anything he said before she read him his rights, she can however use the things he said after he was advised of his rights.
@@pinkfire2344you don’t read Miranda until you place the subject under arrest (and this guy wasn’t under arrest, just being questioned). Also not a lawyer…
I think it's a reference to The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, a poem about a sailor who kills an albatross, thereby angering the spirits. He is forced to wear it as a burden tied around his neck.
The gospel by which we're SAVED. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)(1) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL (good news) which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; (2) By which also ye are SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain (self). (3) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED for our SINS according to the scriptures; (4) And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the THIRD DAY according to the scriptures. But seriously, what IS an albatros ?(In that context. I know it's a bird otherwise)

An albatros is like a river
This case was "An Albatross" as in, whoever took it would have it hanging around their neck and be weighed down by it, unable to get rid of it.
