Solidworks tutorial: Bottle/Can Twister Conveyor Designing and Motion Study

Bottle/Can Twisters are mainly used for:
1. Air Cleaning/Rinsing
2. Mixing of contents (by means of shaking)
3. Orientation before packaging process etc.
Originally twisters are developed to turn and invert almost all available products in the industry like cans, bottles, glass, jars, boxes, cardboard packages, bags, crates, ampoules, cups and other related articles. These mentioned products need to be turned a certain amount of degrees during the production process. And almost each form and size of product can be handled.

why my bottles approach the twister and stop moving forward during the motion analysis 😂

because it needs a continuous push till it passes the entire twister, so you need to add many bottles behind it.
As you can see in the above project, a numbers of bottles are used. some bottles still left in the first conveyor when some reached to second conveyor.
