  • Hello and welcome to our channel where today we're taking a slow walk along the banks of the River Dove.
I'll give a little briefing of the area, but if anyone would like to know the history of Tutbury Mill, the Tutbury hoard or Tutbury Castle, please visit SAR Histories where you'll find the history of these places and many more.

What a lovely vlog, and very interesting too. It looks beautiful. No wonder it's Cassie's favourite walk 😁

It is a lovely place, very peaceful and relaxing. Cassie loves the walk, but not the water. She puts her nose in it, maybe takes a step or two, but that's as far as it goes. 😂

My Niece's husband comes from Buxton,he's been living up here in Southwest Scotland for about 20 years but all his family are still there,up here in the coastal town of Ayr we have fantastic walking areas and it's so good to get out and about in the good weather,We have Culzean Castle less than 10 miles down the coast which it's part of the National Trust and it's a great day out, another enjoyable video Maria and lovely footage of your walk Xx

Buxton is a lovely place. When I was young I used to go there with my dad to fill bottles with their spring water. It was free and people could fill as many bottles as they wanted. It sounds lovely where you live. Me and Dean have often talked about exploring Scotland we've only been to and around Edinburgh. Thank you for watching, its very much appreciated 😊
