Nobody else fishing, so you might have been fishing there on a day that it is closed to fishing or fishing before 5AM before they open to fishing from 5AM to 10PM or fishing after 10PM. The days closed are Mon and Tues out there that starts on August 1st and that is when they also have the hours to fish go into effect there. But that area is a lot of fun to me because I can do some actual fly fishing out there because there is not a ton of snags like some other places have but when it gets crowded is when some others figure that they can crowd you and force you to flip n rip like they do.
