Seriously this is their best output. Glad I was able to see them play a few of these songs in the late 90's. Been a fan of this album since it came out. It was sooooo hard to find on CD back in the 00's when I wanted to upgrade my cassette version. And now... RUclips. The ease of finding rare releases now is so strange :D
Discovering this one in the early nineties, it had a tremendous impact on me! What a collection of superb thrash-core tunes otherhere! Force Fed, despite it age, is just timeless. Period. "Senseless abuse" & "the taming" are tremendous : aggression & groove fused to the best...
Should have mentioned that I first saw these guys in 1988, when they were supporting this album, and promoting "Beg To Differ". Just a kick ass band, and cool dudes.
Both iconic trios... like Sadus 🤘 Prong is much more hardcore driven here imho but interestingly they both had an industrial influence later on (Grin / Cleansing - Coroner / Rude Awakening)
I found an original vinyl copy of this album in Rough Trade East in Brick Lane last year for £12. The hipsters who work there obviously held it in contempt. Well it’s their loss my gain.
At this point it’s part of the aesthetic. Not even remotely pristine or clear, this is what a lot of punk albums sounded like at the time. It would almost be strange if it was polished.
"Saw him in January. Sizeable arms. Same tense giggle."
Very good album! Awesome band! Thrash Metal as its finest! Cheers from São Paulo,Brasil.Bang your head!
Bought this masterpiece in 1989
Same here, they were class. I got into them about the same time as Voivod. Ah, good days
Me too. Just a fucking classic
Hahahahahahahahhahahahaha

Saw him in January, sizable arms, same tense giggle...
Wore out my tape of this record in the early 90s. Finding it on RUclips is pure joy.🤘
The good old days when Prong had that hardcore/crust and thrash flavor
Check out Sense Of Ease 👌
Hahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahh
Discovered this master piece in 2022.
It's never too late my friend
own the LP since release - at least the A-side is still in the Top 10 forever
SICKENED BY THE ACTION
THE SENSELESS ABUSE
HATRED THE REACTION
NOW PUT IT TO USE!
Damn good memories, 1988. Steppt into the NYC HC Sound. Rorschach, SFA NAUSEA, etc.

I love most old Prong sounds
My all time favorite PRONG offering! 🤘🏼
This shit grooves, I dig
In Effect records had a great catalog in the late 80's!
I had this, Sick of it All, and 24-7 Spyz...
one of the coolest albums ever. we used to cover forgery and senseless abuse
The fact this isnt on streaming services is criminal
That's a good thing streaming services rip off the artists.
bought this brand new. wish l still had that cassette
Me too and me too....and Beg to Differ on cassette when it came out....
That's a kick to the taint.
Its like a movie... each song could be a movie...
Your face could be the billboard.
Best album they ever did. I also have a lot of time for the instrumental "Persecution", last track on "Primitive Origins"
Es viņus dzīrdēju man bija 15 gadi uzreiz iepatikās, kvalitatīvi mēistari smagā muzona īsti malači👍🤘💯💖😇👍✌️🤘
This is so good, glad I decided to check this early stuff out
Alongside Prove You Wrong and Primitive Origins, one of my favourite Prong records.
THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!
A classic
My dear little one brought me here 🖤🔥
Saw them at Sundance a couple of times. Love there early stuff.
Just saw them with Helmet in June of this year. My wife went to see Helmet, I went to see Prong. They did not disappoint.

Fukkin classic
This needs to be rerecorded!! This is badass.
this Is Prong!little like album Beg to Differ!!!
'...just can't leave it alone, to heal...'
Una joya ...de mis favoritas desde pequeño
Thx for posting man 🎵🎼🎶🎤🎸😎👊
🤟💀🤟
Mike Kirkland.. come back to Prong. Damage was awesome too. Cmon man. Come back and throw down.
Pretty please?
I saw you guys twice on beg to differ. Awesome.
J N, Agreed!!!!
Primitive origins reminds me of in the pit from DRI
Why is this fucking album near impossible to find on CD or streaming
Probably record label restrictions. I think Tommy has more control over Beg to Differ and up.
fucking sick.. thanks bruz
In retrospect... a bit Coroner?
Both iconic trios... like Sadus 🤘
Prong is much more hardcore driven here imho but interestingly they both had an industrial influence later on (Grin / Cleansing - Coroner / Rude Awakening)
Coroner, Prong and DRI were my Big Three. :)
Don't hear the Coroner, but Coroner are awesome!! Both so much from 3 people!
Muita semelhança com Celtic Frost no início da carreira.
No
Абсолютна шибана класика!!!

Amen
Never displeased with PRING!
never displeased with PRINGLE... YUM
@@AcceleratingUniverse Hello Mr. Krinkle, how are you today?
Where’s “Bought and Sold”?
‘Primitive Origins’ and ‘Force Fed’ shit yes. Everything after, I’ll pass
They deserved all the money that Metallica cashed in. They deserved a bit fatter production, but that was common in the 80s
crossover/nyhc
A thousand mistakes..... generalizations!
Awsome stuff. Shame about the sound!
Spoiled ey?? Sound is very good for 88 dude...what do you expect? Watch more bootlegs from 1988...come back and appreciate.

Shame about the sound?? This album is a sound of its own!!
Carnivore influences?
Hahahahahahahahhahahahaha!!!!!!
