i do have some tips that you can try
1. increase your scrollspeed, it will both help you with reading harder charts as well as easier to improve your accuracy on easier charts
2. maybe try playing actual mania maps (the ones that you cannot convert into different keymodes), those maps have better note placements and makes much more sense than those that were converted; it also contains more common type of patterns you can and will encounter as your skill improves

try with higher scroll speed it makes it easier. when i was starting out i was scared to up it as it appeared higher but its easier
