My teacher Carol Wincenc had a set of backstage exercises! (Probably still does!) These are fantastic. It matters so much what we do to physically prepare for performance!
Thank you! Yes, it really gets taken for granted. Often I'm the only one actually stretching backstage during breaks - hopefully folks stop shying away from this and realize how important it is.
