This is fantastic!! I love your explanations and teaching style. Soooo helpful - thank you. For me (adult learner, 10+ yrs playing violin), hitting the other strings is an ongoing issue. I recently read that it's best to devote 50% of your practice to études and technical exercises, so that's my new ambition. The Sevcik is excellent. Thanks again!
I have a problem with my little finger. When I do a Colle, it slips off the bow, and then I lose control of the bow because the bow is not balanced. I don't know what to do to make my little finger more stable on the bow. Is the bow too heavy? Should I hold it a little higher (upward from the frog) to reduce the strain on my little finger?
Very important fundamental bow exercises!
Simple...but NOT easy. Right?
@@Violinna Absolutely right!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Well done for playing 10+ years - Keep going!
Great to have a top 5!
Yes, just the essentials! Let's see how it evolves in 5 years.

hi! what is this transparent 'thing' you put after the bridge? is it a mute?
Yes - actually it's a thick straw! Works quite well for a slide-on mute.
