How does mana storm work with an attack skill?
Looks like he's triggering mana storm with immortal call self-casts. It has a low cool down and its quality is increased CDR, so you can make it super low CD.
👏 such a cool idea, probably one of my most favorit builds i have seen this league.
I like it how on every single jewel only the implicits change, somone is into min maxing here ;D

why no sniper mark?
Sniper's Mark does give more paper dps but the problems is it also alters projectile behavior. Projectiles will split into 2 and fire in random directions. As a result the initial proj which hit the target will not likely hit the target again due to trajectory changes, resulting in less hits per attack.
@@saltedfish8077 ye, no sorry, I usually play deadeye and with mark effect, it splits into way more than 2, which makes it hit way more consistent, doesn't even need to stay at a precise distance, but ye it makes sense not to use it with other ascendencies
