I just realized how much this sounds like stillworld, it made me cry. I cannot describe how I feel. this just brought me back to 2016 when I first listened to the album. I fell in love as soon as I heard it. same with this song, it’s just perfect, I don’t know what to say
Dude this album caught me off guard in the sense that I have started to not get so hyped for new band material since a lot of the time Im let down, but fuck this album hits you so hard its unreal, all day, on repeat
@@VOUXE Yeah i feel that. I tend to be a little less excited nowadays because of that, but with IA i just knew its gonna be good. not disappointed at all
@@VOUXE I'm in tears typing this, as I say It makes me even mean more happy that this album did that for many people. I'm trying to get multiple people in my real life to hear the masterpiece this truly is. It is my favorite album of all time.
This album has done so much for me. Whatever mood I'm in. I play any song on Greyview and it engulfs my every emotion as there are verses and choruses for every emotion. Thank you Invent Animate.
Was hoping I wasn't the only one. I'm buying their album and some merch. Legitimately the first time I've bought an actual album and merch since Parkway Drives Atlas album. That's how much I love this album.
@@notstarboard im sorry, I was mixed up. Caleb said in the Loudwire interview that they spent 2.5 working on the album but DAMN it really was that long!!
@@midnighthymn I think i agree more with the guy above, Greyview definitely feels like spring in its soaring clean and ambient melodies (though it's still quite dark in a lot of passages). Everchanger has that more gloomy darkness imo which fits more with autumn than summer
I'd say the similarities are encapsulated within their "sound". But how about the rhythm pattern changes lead by the vocals? And that catchy ass chorus? Marcus brought some serious improvements.
Luke this might be one of my favorites off the album, the switch ups are incredible. But I did talk to Key Key about this and he said they love using Easter eggs from older material in new songs (see Indigo) but this time around they made it more subtle because it felt forced
Luke Reflection Room is up there for me as well. The ending of Nova left more to be desired :/ I was expecting a huge ending breakdown and then it just....ended
I was planning to fly to Nashville to see these guys today, but I had to cancel for the coronavirus. I'm bummed, but it's hard to be sad for too long with how amazing this album is. IA's my favorite band and it's not close. Keep on being great, guys!
Y’all are fucking amazing like I cry to almost every song you put out the breakdowns are so heavy and the ambiance behind it just add a sad feeling and I fucking love it I’ve never moshed and cried at the same time like balling eyes it’s amazing
I'm a dad, so I have to say it - this song is sick and is contributing to the national emergency. The modulation at the beginning is so unsanitary. Viruscore.
This sounds just like some shit i used to write. Inspiring me to pick up an electric again amd start writing. This album is art ans the best of 2020. Along with Before I turn.

Hope you’re doing ok. 🤝
This song encapsulates the sound of Invent. So fire

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nice ERRA pfp, another badass band
@@Brother-26-x6n 4 years later and this song is still sweaty
Beginning is all Stillworld, then it goes right into some Everchanger heaviness and I love it.
The band we have but dont deserve
Marcus killed it ....period.
except his live performance from what ive seen isn't the best
@@discoveranceband his screams are on point live, his cleans not so much,

Truth.

I can't believe I just discovered this band months ago 😭. They became my fav band right away. Bumped ABR and TDWP down
Welcome friend :)
Absolutely love the ambient-type drops
Underrated song
This some old school IA right here.
Secret Sun is Soul Sleep 2.0, nothing will change my mind
Every single track on this album is an absolute A+ banger. Christ you guys. 2.5 years well worth the wait for this.
100% agreed, but Stillworld was summer 2016. It's been almost four years!
@@notstarboard im sorry, I was mixed up. Caleb said in the Loudwire interview that they spent 2.5 working on the album but DAMN it really was that long!!
@@brandonmartel9597 it is clear they put a ton of work into this! It's so incredible
THIS SONG IS VERY GOOD
i feel like every album they release represents one of the 4 seasons.
Everchanger: autumn
Stillworld: winter
Greyview: spring
I'd say:
Everchanger - Summer
Stillworld - Winter
Greyview - Fall
@@midnighthymn I think i agree more with the guy above, Greyview definitely feels like spring in its soaring clean and ambient melodies (though it's still quite dark in a lot of passages).

Another winter one should drop this year how cool a second part to this years drop
Man that's probably why Everchanger is my fav
Heavener is definitely Summer no question
The polyrhythmics in the intro are straight up shenanigans.
This is my absolute favorite song off the album. Gives me that Everchanger vibe
Anyone else hear Midnight Hymn in the intro and Agora at 0:50?
yeah had to do a double take lol

I got to see them march 1st in Columbus. One of the bes tf shows I've ever been too
This album is amazing!! Thank you IA, you changed my life for the better!! One of my favorites bands ever!!! Greetings from Brazil!!
The chorus is so unbelievably good that it should be a crime to be played only twice across the song.

1:21 this riffage is why I love invent Animate
And Indigo at the breakdown at 1:30??
Chiefs Cock the breakdown in Indigo is the same one from The Desperate are the Calm
Chiefs Cock 😂😂 haven’t seen that song title in a longggg time
eventide - indigo - secret sun
@Chiefs Cock but thé disparate are the calm sounds better

This music this band creates does something amazing to my 🧬 life
Easily best song off the album
I don't think the choice is easy. I currently love Dark
2 years later, I agree. But it is tough because they’re ALL so amazing.

Breakdown sounds like Nocturne: Lost Faith.
Beginning reminds me of indigo
The tempo in the beginning fucks with me but its tight
Creative is it not?

There is just less melody in it. I'm talking about songs like soul sleep.
But it's still great
