Over the time i noticed that there is a lot of things they do just to let another member feel that they are not alone in what they doing. Also they tend to always seek each others approval and attention. After making a joke, answering an question all sorts of situations and then they get response they calm down satisfied. Also they constantly touching each other or leaning towards each other. Especially when laughing or when they see other member in distress or uncomfortable in any way. They also tend to constantly compliment each other on smallest of things. And if one of them talks himself down others will not have it, and will disagree and at the same time start compliment him instead. It is heartwarming to watch.
I love that there's this "never go alone" vibe about them. I think it's partly because they've spent so much time together during a monumental moment for their careers and for their country, and also just recognizing that it'd be weird and unpleasant if they sat in silence while one member does something. It's more fun for everyone if they work off each other :D it's so heartwearming (and really entertaining aha)
yes.. and I am just happy just see they talk, play, hug, compliments each other.. I just thinking there are no jealous between them.. they are always support each other 🥺🥺
So Suga (or Yoongi), the one with the arms crossed, is an introvert. He has social anxiety and def is more reserved when in official interviews and things like that. However when he's performing and / or communicating with the boys or ARMY (say, thru a livstream), he's very relaxed and his presence is actually very calming. J-Hope (or Hobi), the member sitting right next to him, is an extrovert and usually has a very high energy level. He and Yoongi are well known for having very good chemistry with each other. Hobi tends to bring out Yoongi's energetic side and they are very funny together.
@@DavidJPPhillips to add on about suga, while he is introvert, he is very confident, savage, honest when doing interviews. He is always the person the best after RM when talking about their music. But yeah as he is introvert, savage, suga tend to be quiet if he found the interview boring lol. So, we ARMY always said that if suga really engage n talk alot in interview, its mean the interview is good lol. 😂
Wait Yoongi doesn't have social anxiety anymore, also he's the one who got Hobi out of his shell when Hobi first moved into the dorms, but the rest is true. And Yoongi does talk in interviews if they don't ask stupid questions, he's very talkative when the questions are relevant
Bts mirror each other a lot, to the point fans have made compilation videos of just multiple members doing actions at the same exact time such as taking a sip of a drink at the same time for the same period of time. They love each other and care about each other so much and I think that is definitely a part of why people, and I, love them so much
Yes. The members said he use to always look so down before they debuted - it just goes to show how powerful the mind is. It’s also scary, if he hadn’t done that, imagine what he’d be like today.
I love that you mentioned the mirroring part. Recently someone on twitter pointed out that they look like seaweeds during interviews swaying from one side to another and it's one of the cutest things 😊😊😊
i accidently found this?...and really opens my mind bout other side of discussion on why BTS is the biggest Band in the world and why ARMY is very attached/respect/adored with the boys...thank you soo much for this..all the love...and say hi to your daughter too
SUGA/Yoongi (the one with crossed arms while everyone else was more open) is known for being a bit shy, being very introverted, and being afraid of crowds. he is generally quiet/talks less, and doesn't talk at all in some interviews. so that could probably explain why his body language was like that
Definitely the reason MANY of us are so emotionally invested in this group of genuinely good 7 men, it's their sincerity and their willingness to be open and be vulnerable, it is not only a part of their daily life, but it also bleeds into their music and it is what makes their songs so meaningful for so many people. Also the way they have an honest open communication with us, they speak with us and to us not AT us, they share a lot of their life with the fans and thus the relationship of BTS and ARMY really feels like a true friendship. The millions of people who have taken a chance to get to know them and their music will tell you the same thing. BTS and ARMY help make each other better people, they have truly changed the lives of so many and they always show us that we also have changed their life. They are honestly good, humble, and kind people who love music and want to share their messages with the world 🥺💜
Best answer to BTS’ success I have seen yet. Jin is right too, surround yourself with good people. Great video. It is easy to miss just what great communicators they are. Thanks for the break down, now off I go to be more open and find good people to surround myself with.
Paulo Coelho said that "their existence inspires creativity" when he was asked why BTS has millions of followers.. and I instantly subscribed to your channel because you gave me the exact explanation .. it's all about MIRRORING.. Thank you so much!
i know it's quite unlikely you'll do a part 2 when there are so many amazing public speakers out there, but you really missed out by not reacting to Kim Namjoon/RM (the leader of BTS) do a speech at the UN! i hope you'll at least check it out on your own if you don't react to it, because it had a profound affect on a LOT of people
@@DavidJPPhillips We can shoot for 100K, but you should do the UN Speech to get your 100K views while you have our attention. More will come if you give us reason to talk and keep up the conversation. Other than that, #BTSARMY share this link on twitter, Weverse, etc. David, I am looking forward to your review of #RM's UN speech (and comparing it to Trump's UN speech that very day noting audience reaction). LOL! ruclips.net/video/ZhJ-LAQ6e_Y/видео.html
They always randomly touch each other, give each other neck massages and even hold hands. They also always mirror each other and give response to the others. Whoever says a joke or does something, 99% of the time at least on of the others will give him some kind of reaction, they don't leave each other hanging. When one of them makes a joke, they will laugh and reuse that joke later in the conversation, making it a running gag. And when they laugh, they will lean on each other and clap. And same in trial times. Just look for any video of BTS members comforting each other, you'll be surprised at how soft they are. If one of them is feeling down, they have so much emotional intelligence in how to deal with it. They will validate that person's feelings, ressure them and comfort them with physical and emotional comfort. They will hug them, pat their head, tap their thighs, dry their tears with their hands... If anyone has a relationship like BTS's, they've got a treasure.
man you are for real one of the best content creaters you know why you teach people why they should smile more I learned it from you I am not good with smiling I never was but you teach me why should we do that I never thought about smiling I never focused on trying to be happy I said like "I am not a happy type of person" but now I know why and you not only teach us that you make us theach people around us our loved ones sometimes I need a bigger word for saying thanks because it doesnt feel enough I wish you happy life friend

@Angelina Ramponi thanks my friend, I appreciate that! And yes, if I'd have the time I'd be happy to buy you a coffee and drink and listen to your ideas on how to improve my RUclips game 👍💙
Im pretty sure they were scratching Jins chin because jimmy told them the choreo was flawless and Jin has some confidence issues with his dancing skills. Which he shouldnt! Because he is fantastic. The reason I became an army was because of how they dont shy away from showing who they are. They share their ups and downs with the fans. And they work sooo hard. It spoke to me. And even though Im an older fan (32) Im not ashamed to say I love these guys and will support them forever 💜
Yeah, they seems to like scratching chins or touching chins as a way to show attention/support. If they had done it in a more hidden way the ARMY would have been worried that somethings wrong. Instead they went the relaxed route
David: Mirroring... Someone show him the video of BTS where they were so synchronized in arranging their chairs! Lol that was a whole new level of mirroring.
Hi! In terms of public speaking, I would sincerely recommend BTS’s speech at RUclips’s Class of 2020 event, in addition to both of their UN speeches :)
Lot of the fans have said seaweeds about them. One of them starts moving and in the end alle of them are swaying, mostly at interviews with high chairs. But RM is a fantastic speaker. He spook English alone with the group behind him at his first UN speech and it was so good. He was nervous but he did great. They mentioned that they understand each other very good, but then the respect also needs to be bigger.
Reminds me of a recent red carpet event that BTS attended. V fell on his knees and seeing that, Jin dropped automatically on his knees too. Their love & support of each other is dope!
Woah, didn't expect this from your channel! Huge fan of BTS here. I find their sound to be so different and appealing, especially if you listen to their music without prejudice. Thanks for your reaction.
“if you smile more, you’ll be happier.” one of the members, Jhope, said that because of his name, he became a more joyful person, wanting to fill the role that his name gave him, the happy/excitable one of the group. members say that before they debuted, he was not exactly so joyful haha but his name helped him become the happier self we see in the public view today. idk, it’s just smth that i thought of when you said that haha
They were tickling Jin’s chin because he did particularly well in their performance at the Grand Central Station. Jin was always a bit insecure with his dance skills but he absolutely slayed in ON at Jimmy Fallon’s. Watch it!
Yoongi is like the stereotypical introvert. He comes off as being kind of cold and detached but he isn't. If you watch him long enough he is just a big softie.
I have never felt more connected with a group or an artist as much as I feel connected with BTS. They came along at an extremely hard time in my life and I honestly feel like I wouldn’t be here without them. I respect them and their hard work so much. On days I don’t think I can make it through I listen to Not today and I am instantly invigorated and make a promise to myself to not let anything get me down. Thank you for such a sweet video!
OMG, this video was so informative! I loved every second of it not only because I'm BTS fan, but because I hope to try those things in my real life. I wish you could do more videos like this for BTS but maybe from their more "casual" moments - for example when they go on trip (like Bon Voyage, for example in New Zealand) or from released lately "In the Soop". It would be great to hear your thoughts about their interactions in more unofficial setting OR from concert (especially the ending songs where they are so so chill)! Thank you for sharing your observations with us!
Thanks Karolina for your very kind and detailed comment =) Id love to do another one in the future and will make notes of your ideas =) Do please share the video so that more people can see it!
He explains in details about BTS gestures and great public speaking, world class body language & tones... While me : they are such talented, funny& humble dorks. I love them. Thats all. 😂
BTS are my absolute favorite musician because their connection with each other and with their fans is so genuine and you can feel it, when you stan BTS you can feel like you're a part of something big, an awesome group of friends. Also because of course they are incredibly talented, their discography is SO HUGE and it's filled with amazing songs My favorite is actually a Japanese release from them called Crystal Snow, you should check it out David! Cheers from another David, from Portugal!
Could the tension be related to the language barrier? O noticed the majority of them spoke korean, and only one spoke in english. I would be nervous if I had to address to a complete new audience, new culture, in THEIR language. Maybe they chose to speak in korean to not make some simple mistakes in pronunciation so they could show other aspects like their bonding with each other, be more authentic and more likely through non verbal communication.
The English speaker is RM (also known as Namjoon). The other members can somewhat speak in English, and can communicate well - they just aren’t very fluent. :)
crossed arm guy, SUGA, is the biggest introvert of the group. they made a personality test once in one of their travel series and SUGA came out INTP. there are three introverts and four extroverts btw. I know most ppl are a combination of both but quite some bts members are pretty extreme. Jhope and suga are on opposite ends of the extremes. and they love each other to death curiously.
Something you pointed out in the Jimmy fallon interview was them swaying and it made me laugh so much. They sway like seaweed in almost any interview and its so cute and funny to watch.
Very interesting look at BTS. Most amazing to me is that often I will watch an entire interview with no translation. I guess I'm getting oxytocin by just seeing their smiles, interactions, and hearing their voice tone. Their willingness /ease to express vulnerability, affection, and emotion is a magnet.
they are always pretty nervous in interviews especially american ones partly because of the language barrier and probably also because of some awkward interview questions they've faced in the past and i noticed Suga and V tend to kind of look a bit defensive until it's clear the interviewer is being kind to them or they start to feel more comfortable with the conversation...i think jimmy fallon does a great job of making them feel at ease. it's interesting to me that you pointed out Suga folding his arms because Suga has spoken many times about his social anxiety. Many people think that Jimin (the one scratching his neck) is more extroverted because he has great stage presence and likes to be on camera and he is extroverted in a way, but i've noticed that he is really easily shy too in interviews/speaking when it's not just the members and scratching his neck or tucking his hair behind his ear/playing with his hair, and sometimes laughing are tells he has. RM and jungkook have said before that Jimin is one of the most shy with strangers and imo earlier in their career in interviews i think you can really see his awkwardness in interviews, nowadays he seems more quiet in them and when he does speak he shows shy tells like that often imo so that was an accurate catch for sure! but for real i think a giant part of peoples love for BTS is how genuine they seem and how open with emotions and connected with each other they are. RM (the one who made the speech winning the award) is really a fantastic speaker, he has many speeches and award show/concert speeches, he's really got a talent for sincere public speaking in my opinion...even in his second language! this is so fascinating thanks for your video!
I saw you noticed their "seaweeding" during interviews. A lot of times when one member is speaking, the others will be quietly staying in sync back & forth. So endearing!!
Ah I totally forgot about their habit in interviews! Glad you talked about it. Now I get that comment mentioning them being like "seaweed" moving back and forth while talking in interviews.
So basically, if you're not afraid to show emotions you attract people to you and that is just what our boys are like. They are just fearless to show their genuine, raw personalities. BTS literally feels like my extended family sometimes which is crazy because these are a bunch of 7 men I have never even met in my life and are from very different cultural backgrounds. But there is something soo lovable and wholesome about them and they make me want to become a better person in life. I can never stop thanking them for everything that they do. Just their existence is a blessing to millions all over the world.
I always thought that this is the biggest reason for their succes. They are very talented an passionate but most importantly I feel like they are real. They love each other and their fans and are not afraid to show their weaknesses. They are genuine and humble people and that makes us love anything they do, like a mother would support her child. Nothing that comes from bts will ever be bad for us no matter what others may think.
This was super informative, thank you! The oxytocin part is so true. I believe a good amount of Army turns to their content (like Run BTS, their reality TV show, or their livestreams) when we're down. I remember laughing at 2am after one of the worst days of my life just because they were laughing and having fun while playing games. Regarding 5:59 - watching your reaction to the youngest guys playing with Jin's face (who's the oldest) made me remind that non-Army aren't used to seeing that kind of physical touch. I guess once you realize that the group have been together for 7+ years and gone through so much (sleeping in one room in their debut days, for instance), you see them like brothers, and they definitely act like family. I think another thing to keep in mind is that they're open and they're just themselves in interviews and really anytime they're on screen. Whether it's SUGA/Yoongi being open about their goals or Jin giving a flying kiss or the boys hugging each other or j-Hope/Hoseok dancing, you know they're being honest and candid. While their speaking skills may not be the best of the best, I think Army appreciates their open and honest words and actions and that they don't wear a mask. Again, great analysis. Definitely check out RM's UN speech as well as the one they did this year - it ties into their new album, BE!
I love this sm, thank you for reacting to BTS!! I need part 2, this was so interesting! I'd suggest watching RM's Love Yourself ending speech on tour and his speech at the UN General Assembly two years ago 💜
thank you, i love your video. I'm gonna show this video to all my fam & friends every time they asked me why I stanning BTS. BTS gave me happiness, it something that I cannot describe and I don't need people to understand they just have to accept it.
I'm an army and I happen to be taking a public speaking class for my diploma. This was like my two worlds crossing over. When my lecturer asked us to share a video of a great public speaker in class, I shared BTS' UNICEF speech. Loved this!
They are really open with the fans, they have shared their struggles, happiness, doubts, hobbies, even now yoongi keep us updated on how his recovery is going and he talks with us while he supports the other members that are performing in award shows(4/6 hrs korean award shows😭) The relationship that they have with the army is so different from other artist, they see us as fans but also as their support; for example everytime they win something they thanks us or say "the armys have won a prize too" We feel included and connected to them! Thank you for your video it was so good!!💜
Well, I didnt expect this video at all, but it was definitely interesting. Makes sense that a boy band would want to have or would have synchronicity. Not a fan of BTS, but I was a fan of this video nonetheless.
@@DavidJPPhillips Lmao, I'm sure that listening enough to any music enough will have that effect though. Wonder what the reason for that is... Well anyway, cheers to you David, now you have me wondering what comes next.
@@DavidJPPhillips hi David, ummmm so I was scrolling through the comments and some by the name Jonas Bergen is going through people's comments that like particularly said they don't like BTS or don't prefer them in a positive way and completely insulting them with words like: you are stupid for not liking them and also in a racial manner as well, so I thought you could check that since it might affect your community which would be very bad if something like that were to happen.
@@potatoman4712 I see that you have good intentions however I do think it’s important to highlight that hey are mostly likely not an actual fan and that they shouldn’t be given that attention. ^^
This came up on my recommended and I'm glad it did! I've been a fan of BTS for 4 years now and one thing that I found refreshing about them in my baby ARMY days was how close they are. A lot of people in the comments have pointed out already how close they are, but it's even more heartwarming when you take into account the age hierarchy in Korean culture. In Korea, the older you are, the more authority you have. People younger than you have to treat you with more respect as well as address you with certain honorifics (depending on how old you are). They even have to use formal speech with you. But BTS, despite there being 5 years difference between the oldest and youngest member, are so much more laidback in comparison to a lot of other groups in the industry. This is mostly because Jin, the oldest member, doesn't believe in changing how you treat somebody solely because of your age, and takes it upon himself to not assert his authority as the oldest. He tries to be seen as an equal to the other six rather than a superior, often encouraging the others to relax around him. He joins in on a lot of their shenanigans...or allows himself to be the victim of said shenanigans (the three youngest members of the group fiddling around with and pinching Jin's neck and chin at 5:58 is a prime example). Obviously, they still address each other with appropriate honorifics and use formal/informal speech where appropriate, but their dynamic is definitely one that resembles a sibling dynamic for sure. While they play around a lot, they still hold so much respect for each other.
oh wow this was FASCINATING. Beyond the favt that they’re insanely talented, i always knew that what really kept me being a fan for almost four years was their bond. i always always loved watching them just enjoying being around each other, it cheers me up instantly to this day. but i never had a way of explaining it other than "bts happy me happy" hahaha so thank you so much for this.
I've tried to explain to ppl that supporting BTS is more like supporting a beloved friend or family member than it is just being a fan. The connection is real and reciprocal.
This exactly but it's hard to convey these feelings to them, they won't get it.. At this point I think you have to be part of the army to get a better understanding for this special bond, sth I can't imagine my life without it anymore.. So grateful for the boys and the army on so many levels 💜
The reason I love them so much is because they all seem like the best of friends. They're so witty and so chaotic, and they joke with each other so effortlessly it's just really comforting. They also have this happy calmness I'm not sure how to describe it, it makes me feel really present in the moment. It makes me wanna live a good life. And thank you for explaining how oxytocin works, it does make sense how it feels good to watch other people bond and connect. I get it now.
@@DavidJPPhillips ooohh sir! Let me tell u behaviours that i learn is positive from them! To hold hands when we (siblings) fight. Yoongi/suga and Taehyung/V members who are most not a like with each other (thinking and behavior wise). And in their shows, they been saying "lets hold hands when we disagree with each other" and they did/do that. . They are ones that give me hope that different people CAN work together. Even polar opposites. Learning boundaries and respecting it, etc. Its amazing and it restore my faith in humanity many times 😄. Thank u for the video. Much love 💜
4:07 An even more emotional acceptance speech (and one I’d like to see you cover) was during MAMA 2018 when they won Artist Of The Year. So much happened and it still makes me emotional when I watch it.
On the mirroring part, may I share how BTS once shared that they are really that close to each other that they've adapted each other's "regional accents" into their own way of speaking? (Korean language can sound differently in each of its provinces. BTS members come from various parts of Korea, not just Seoul, that's why some of them have noticeable "regional accent" when speaking Korean.) Thank you so much for this video! 💜
You should watch the video compilation of all the times bts were UNCANNILY in sync. It happens frightfully often, you can really tell how bonded they are, how much time they’ve spent together, the mannerisms they’ve picked up from one another, and just how genuinely they enjoy each other’s company. It’s a sight to behold.
@@DavidJPPhillips I'm dumb haha I wasn't sure but I really thought you had already done it and I had already watched it, but somehow I wasn't finding it on your video list
I love how many of these are things Army picked up through the years. Jungkook always mirrors the guys the most; Namjoon's eye smile is well known, you can see when he's smiling even with a mask. They often pat or touch each other for comfort (here with Jin, it was to support his confidence in his dancing as people said)
i feel like every army has immediate chemistry with another army. bts is just so amazing that we cant help to love them more every day, and when we meet someone exactly like us, we act like one.
Ohh, this was really interesting, I struggle talking in public, so this was super informative, thanks for watching BTS ^^. I will see more of your videos.
As someone whose degree is based on communication (New Media and Communication, a very specific one I admit) I APPRECIATE this so much. So many people don't understand how important certain factors in communication are. Humans NEED these communicatory reactions to show their true feelings. It's GREAT you outlined them for people who may not understand. Thank you!
Oxytocintan Sonyeondan! I am so glad you did BTS!!! They truly are the best and for good reason! Your videos are so interesting to watch! Thank you for this!💜💜💜💜
Hey thanks for reacting to BTS ! I thought some information might help you. BTS Stand for Bangtan sonyeondan, which roughly translates to 'Bulletproof boyscouts'. BTS has 7 members, 3 of them rappers (RM, Suga, J-Hope) and 4 vocalists (Jin, Jimin, V, Jungkook). BTS is the most popular and appreciated k-pop group in the world with their fans called ARMY (estimated as more than 20 million of them). BTS can rap, dance, sings and much more… They have really deep and thoughtful lyrics which they usually write themselves, they produce too and 4 of them have their own music studio. Each member has a unique story and personality and you can easily identify to them. They debuted in 2013, but they have been 10 years together and now they’re way more than friends, they consider themselves more like a family. All of their songs are meaningful, there is also a whole storyline that runs throughout their albums and songs which is very important to understand their lyrics and videos. Some albums are also inspired from other things like books or artists. They really have an important place in ARMY’s hearts because they have a deep general message too which is: LOVE YOURSELF (mentioned several times in their LY albums [Her, Tear and Answer]). They spoke about that at the UN and launched the Love Myself campaign with UNICEF. But despite their success they keep them humble and natural (as Halsey said after collaborated with them). If you want to learn more about them, I can recommend you those videos as guides: The seven members of BTS ruclips.net/video/xu0IfBvZMRs/видео.html
Crash course 2020 ruclips.net/video/M40jsKiIcm8/видео.html This one focuses more on their musical career, very interesting if you want to have a quick overview of their 'rise to fame' so to speak.
BTS// From Nobodies to Legends (2019) ruclips.net/video/SrI4AvkABm4/видео.html This shows how much BTS struggled at their debut but they worked hard and continued even when the times and critics were really hard. If you’re into visuals videos you should react to the ‘behind the scenes’ (eng sub on “Bangtan sub channel”) and I recommend you those few videos: ON Black Swan Fake love Not today Spring day DNA Dynamite (full English) And if you want to check out more hip hop/rap, the rap line (aka the three rappers) actually have a lot of songs with only them together and also released own solo mixtapes, so I would recommend: Ddaeng Cypher 1 to 4 Outro: Tear Ugh! They also have Japanese songs/versions like : Run I need u Stay gold Blood Sweat & Tears Rap line solos : Daechwita, Last, ‘Agust D’ - by Suga aka Agust D Do you, Joke - by RM Daydream - by J-Hope Vocalist line solos : Epiphany, Moon - by Jin Singularity, Stigma - by V Lie, Serendipity, Filter - by Jimin Euphoria, My time, Still with you - by Jungkook
Vocalist line song : (all vocalists without rappers) House of cards Dimple (live) The truth untold (live) Zero o’clock This got so much longer than I expected 😅 I hope you don't mind. If you have any questions, I'll happily answer them. See ya, and as ARMY says: You nice, keep going 💜🤗😂

Bts mirror each other a lot, to the point fans have made compilation videos of just multiple members doing actions at the same exact time such as taking a sip of a drink at the same time for the same period of time. They love each other and care about each other so much and I think that is definitely a part of why people, and I, love them so much
"if you smile more, you'll become happier"

Yes. The members said he use to always look so down before they debuted - it just goes to show how powerful the mind is. It’s also scary, if he hadn’t done that, imagine what he’d be like today.

SUGA/Yoongi (the one with crossed arms while everyone else was more open) is known for being a bit shy, being very introverted, and being afraid of crowds. he is generally quiet/talks less, and doesn't talk at all in some interviews. so that could probably explain why his body language was like that
yeah he's shy but he's also a genius, actually in american interviews he speaks the most after namjoon

LOL! ruclips.net/video/ZhJ-LAQ6e_Y/видео.html

Lol that was a whole new level of mirroring.
its make me goosebumps..
OMG yes, that video was on another level of mirroring XD

“if you smile more, you’ll be happier.”
one of the members, Jhope, said that because of his name, he became a more joyful person, wanting to fill the role that his name gave him, the happy/excitable one of the group. members say that before they debuted, he was not exactly so joyful haha but his name helped him become the happier self we see in the public view today. idk, it’s just smth that i thought of when you said that haha
imagine where he’d be or what he’d be like if he hadn’t tried to change his behavior.
Wow never thought I’d see you here there lol, thank you for reacting to BTS!!!!
Haha one never knows =)

I have never felt more connected with a group or an artist as much as I feel connected with BTS.

@@s_-cv9uq exactly,,,
Could the tension be related to the language barrier? O noticed the majority of them spoke korean, and only one spoke in english. I would be nervous if I had to address to a complete new audience, new culture, in THEIR language. Maybe they chose to speak in korean to not make some simple mistakes in pronunciation so they could show other aspects like their bonding with each other, be more authentic and more likely through non verbal communication.
Thats definitely true, but that guy (yoongi aka suga (the one with his arms crossed)) is just a known huge introvert
the atmosphere when they are in an English interview is so different when they are by themselves or with a Korean interviewer so I would say yes
that's great observation actually!
I was thinking about that!
The English speaker is RM (also known as Namjoon). The other members can somewhat speak in English, and can communicate well - they just aren’t very fluent. :)
I love that you did this. I could have watched you observe and comment on everything they do for hours. Thank you
crossed arm guy, SUGA, is the biggest introvert of the group. they made a personality test once in one of their travel series and SUGA came out INTP.
there are three introverts and four extroverts btw.
They are so nervous in english interviews I wish you would have done a korean one. But great content I wish we could get more
Never ever regret watching these videos. They always make me laugh and smile!
Thank my friend!
Thank you for checking them out! They're not everyone's cup of tea but it's nice to see respectful people in the comments as well 💜
I saw you noticed their "seaweeding" during interviews. A lot of times when one member is speaking, the others will be quietly staying in sync back & forth. So endearing!!
The "Duchene smile" part.. wow i learned sm here!! Namjoon does have a very pretty smile duchene or not that dimple just makes my day😍😅
You know I was thinking this morning that David would be a great dad, who knew he was one!
Whooa thanks! 🌟
Ah I totally forgot about their habit in interviews! Glad you talked about it. Now I get that comment mentioning them being like "seaweed" moving back and forth while talking in interviews.
I didn't know but i was waiting for this video and this answer. BTS has my deepest respect. 👆

While they play around a lot, they still hold so much respect for each other.
about them swaying together in interviews. We talked about it before on twitter. That they move like seaweed
oh wow this was FASCINATING.
Yes... Some of us (ARMY) absorb some of their habits too.
Some are they we they laughed.

Thank you!

Love this video! I'm used to seeing people react to their music videos but this was a really nice change. Your comments were spot on!
You should definitely react to RM’s UN speech

This shows how much BTS struggled at their debut but they worked hard and continued even when the times and critics were really hard.
If you’re into visuals videos you should react to the ‘behind the scenes’ (eng sub on “Bangtan sub channel”) and I recommend you those few videos:
ON
Black Swan
Fake love
Not today
Spring day
DNA
Dynamite (full English)
And if you want to check out more hip hop/rap, the rap line (aka the three rappers) actually have a lot of songs with only them together and also released own solo mixtapes, so I would recommend:
Ddaeng
Cypher 1 to 4
Outro: Tear
Ugh!
They also have Japanese songs/versions like :
Run
I need u
Stay gold
Blood Sweat & Tears
Rap line solos :
Daechwita, Last, ‘Agust D’ - by Suga aka Agust D
Do you, Joke - by RM
Daydream - by J-Hope
Vocalist line solos :
Epiphany, Moon - by Jin
Singularity, Stigma - by V
Lie, Serendipity, Filter - by Jimin
Euphoria, My time, Still with you - by Jungkook
Vocalist line song : (all vocalists without rappers)
House of cards
Dimple (live)
The truth untold (live)
Zero o’clock
This got so much longer than I expected 😅
I hope you don't mind. If you have any questions, I'll happily answer them.
See ya, and as ARMY says:
You nice, keep going 💜🤗😂
This was refreshing. Wow.
Thanks Dion!
Now this most likely solidifies that "bts found us when we needed them the most" ... it's the sincerity, openness, and the way they talk to ARMYs ♡
