Clearly you don't take the Bible literally. You are picking and choosing what part of the atheist science world gets to Legitimize the Bible. Science did not used to be anti-God or anti Christ. Anyone who calls himself a Christian should be wary of trusting atheists who have something against God
Atheists believe that the Bible exists and have contact with its text, teachings, expositors, clergy, the doctrines and institutions built up from its foundations, etc. God never appears, so atheists don't have any feelings about any one of the divine persons which Christians claim to talk to or hear or defend or placate or whatever. Thus, atheists don't hate a god or gods. As for science, it has been providing a powerful way to explain previously unknown or inexplicable things for a few centuries now. Each new area that science illuminates becomes one less area where God's miraculous involvement is part of a practical explanation. We don't refer to God to find and extract oil deposits, for example. Modern people have followed the lead of science and now don't accept the biblical perspective that the sun and moon travel around a flat earth. Travelers do not fear that their jet will crash into a hard firmament, releasing another global flood from the upper reservoir. Educated citizens to not credit inherited original sin, a hell under our feet, or demons as a cause of epilepsy. Modern people understand what the human genome is and how DNA guides the work of proteins, and they can conclude that obviously there never was two human beings called Adam and Eve from whom we all derive our genetics. Science routinely proves the Bible to be a collection of documents written by men with no more, and often less, than the general human knowledge of their primitive era. Alas and Amen. If you disagree with me, then I ask you to be consistent and holy. Don't make use of modern medicine and modern diagnostics. Don't use a computer or smartphone. Don't drive or vote. Don't use GPS. All these things and more are based on a modern scientific underpinning that is opposed at every point to the statements in the biblical literature. Not because scientists hate God. But because the Bible was written between 2800 and 1900 years ago and could be considered for many reasons to be outdated.
Great video! I love how it all comes together.
