Casino has generally 3 RTP settings to choose from. its actually hard for them to change the rtp. And no they cannot actually do anything like allow bigger hits. MGA license would be pulled very fast if that was the case. And for most gamblers, and MGA license is something that is seen as truly legit. Learn a little before making such a dumbass take
