Granola Recipe;
INGREDIENTS
2.5 CUP OF OATS
1 CUP OF ROASTED HAZELNUTS
HALF A CUP OF CHIA SEEDS
HALF A CUP OF DRIED RAISIN
HALF A CUP OF DRIED APRICOTS
HALF A CUP OF DATES
1 TABLESPOONS OF CINNAMON
3 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
3 TABLESPOONS OF HONEY
PREPARATION
1) Add two and a half cups of oats, one cup of roasted hazelnuts, half a teacup of chia seeds, half a teacup of raisins, half a teacup of dried apricots, half a teacup of dates, one tablespoon of cinnamon, three tablespoons of olive oil and three tablespoons of honey to our bowl and mix well.
2) Spread the mixture nicely on our baking tray covered with baking paper.
3) Let's bake our granola in the oven at one hundred and sixty degrees for fifteen minutes.
4) After the granola comes out of the oven and cools down, we can transfer it to jars and store it in the refrigerator.
5) You can pour the granola you prepared over your yogurt and consume it. If you want, you can pour cold milk directly over it and consume it. I prefer to consume it with yogurt.
