Great, great video! I probably need to do this to my 925F. And the Star Trek references made it gold. Keep up the great work. Best wishes from Oklahoma.
I just had to replace the same part on my 25' bean head last week. lol I need to replace the left side as well, but that can wait until after harvest is over.
Laughed at Hanna when she laughed about beating on it for 2 hours. Great job to all of you for getting that fixed up to get the stuff done!! Nothing like a soybean shower
Hey Ryan I hope your dad is okay. This proves you can get hurt working on the job especially a farm. This was a great video I see it all it took was an Air hose to clean the filters.
Damn Dad, hope you hand is okay!!! 😮 When it flew apart and you holding you hand that way, I thought sure you sliced it open. But apparently all is okay because I don't see a bandage on your hand. That piece you wanted to replace wasn't buried to deep in the machine but looked like a real pain to get to.. Glad it's all back together and working now if the darn weather would cooperate, you guys could continue harvesting. Good luck on harvest!!!!
They need a shop like the one they built on Browns farm. But I bet that was a million dollar building. Especially with the in floor heat. Best play the lottery or expand the farm. But that cost money to.
Hopefully, there's a special place in Hades where "engineers" go and have to repair the stuff they designed! "Simple" part replacement requires disassembly of the entire unit for a small part. I felt the OUCH!😮

On the right side, how do you re- install the flex arm? I slid the rear shoe part in the channel but can’t get the front of it to shift to the side enough to get the pivot pin through. Does the pivot pin in the front need to be taken off to get this installed?
Haven’t you ever thought of looking at the equipment that you purchased used to make sure it wasn’t damaged or broken before buying it I’m pretty certain it was broken before you bought it from how worn out it was and by the crack it had on it
There's never an easy rainy day job during harvest. Seems like those are the real ass kickers like throwing idiot blocks in hay mows. The extra parts trips are annoying but she's back to 100%.
Het Ryan, Hannah, Dad and Travis, that looked like a chore to replace those arms. But hope everything works as it should. Glad their was a brake to get that knocked out. I hope Dad wasn't hurt too bad when the spring came off Take care, Take it easy and TRUST JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone else grimace when he yelled “OUUUCH” 😅
I was glad no spare body parts fell off.
Yep. I felt it I'm my fingers 😂😂

Come rain or shine, there's never a shortage of maintenance projects to keep you going! Good old farm life!
Thanks for showing your rainy day work, that looked unrepairable several times but you guys just powered through it and filmed it for us RUclipsrs
Good mechanic stuff! Thanks for taking us along!
I know you all were frustrate making the repairs but your lucky you have the opertunity to work with your dad. Count your blessings
Great Video Ryan, that bean head looked like a misson to repair, thanks for sharing
Poor dad, hope his hand is okay.
That looked like a real pain to replace, but it's good that the head is fixed before you need it again👍
03:46 - wowser, that ball joint didn’t give up without a fight! But no match for Kuster power in the end... 😀
Great job Ryan, Dwight and Travis, Ye are handy Men💯👌👍🙏🙂
That's the most we'll ever hear from big D.

Beat to fit, paint to match!
Thanks Ryan!
Nice video guys and a nice fix on the bean head

Hopefully you will be able to put concrete in part of the shed soon. So you have a propper clean spot to work on equipment.

all fixed up and redy to go Awsome video ryan thumbs up and shared
Great video Ryan , Travis, and Dwight. I was afraid that Dwight got a finger tore up when that spring broke. Sure glad he didn’t. 👍
Great video keep them coming please

You should do a how to operate john deere 9770 and 7920 video.
Good Video
I have a 925F header, that's a common problem on them. The sensor levers will also bend and throw things out of whack.

Hey Ryan!! Looked like a real pain to do.
At least it was repairable and parts were available. Anyone else had that piece break on them?
Good content. 👍
Be careful when working under those headers as I lost my cousin when he was working on a header by himself and it fell down on him and crushed him

Have you ever thought about a draper head?
Isn't this the first year using the bean header so somethings could been broken before using it without really knowing it was broken
part # and Name in the books for future reference?
im surprised you dont have a 600 series head on that combine. How does the header control work with that head since it isn't hydro flex
Haven’t you ever thought of looking at the equipment that you purchased used to make sure it wasn’t damaged or broken before buying it I’m pretty certain it was broken before you bought it from how worn out it was and by the crack it had on it
How is your Starlink working these days?
Pretty good, much better than my older internet but supposedly I’ll have fiber service soon so I’ll definitely switch to that!
If you got a 4960 what would y’all use it for?
You need at least a 635 on that 9770 to justify having a rotor.
Wicked 😊😊😊😊
Lease Dwight kept the swearing waaaay down 😅
I'd be cutting if our corn was 21%😮😊
Does John Deere or other after market company make a washable air filter for the tractors?
Was Dad's finger ok?
👍👍❤
Only 2 parts runs? Sounds like an easy fix to me

That definitely didn't look like a fun repair job

Better get a Gleaner, or Case IH or a New Holland. JD not great like they used to be. Thanks for the video.
Still a lot to your relationship with the dealer, and thier location.
You have to make sure you'll get dealer support though. It's tough running AGCO equipment when they no longer have a local dealer/tech.

USS Enterprise from wish?!
Think of all of the money you saved by not having John Deere not coming to fix it I would say thousands of dollars
It was not broken before you used it
He through you under the bus
Please put the claw hammer with your wood working tools. They are not made for working with steel. Hate to see you guys get metal in you eyes.
Junk the day it showed up, n not how to work on it!
