This video and the work of Dr Dominak is worthy of tens of millions of views. I pray for a time in the near future I hope where we replace current filing medical practices with such brilliant discoveries

The medical industrial complex's failure to properly research and diagnose and treat diet and microbiome and sleep and vital nutritional deficiency issues (including those related to Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 and Magnesium deficiencies as well as iatrogenic prescription medication usage) is a major reason why psychiatric iatrogenesis is a primary contributor to the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (which is iatrogenesis in general). If the U.S. spent just a fraction of the over $40 billion each year it spends just on iatrogenic psychiatric drugs alone, for properly researching the issues discussed in this and related RUclips presentations we would probably, Lord willing, achieve an absolute revolution in medical efficacy improvement and iatrogenesis reduction.

Hey man, very articulate post (I'm a bit of a simpleton). Essentially, is your thesis that if the importance of vitamin D and K was popularized then things would be better? Even mental health???

If so, I would imagine that they benefit from this in a monetary sense. "A patient cured, is a customer lost". Blessings to you friend and Dr. Roth.

Ive had such difficult sleep problems all my life I couldnt work nor study along with 100 other symptoms like depression, anxiety, hair loss, autoimmune disease and so on and the only thing that helped was vitamin D but at 242nml/liter my doctor told me to get off it and one month later, the same time it took me to get well, my hell was back again. I've taken megadoses now and Im coming back but wow...lost a year of my life because of that. I NEED to be at a high level or I feel dying.
Too bad I couldnt watch the whole video because there was soo many commercials but hey, still good its here! ❤

The unit of vitamin D blood level"60-80" is ng/ml, correct?
I got measured my blood level and the unit was in nmol/l. So apparently there are two different units. I thought it's important to notice to all viewers

Thank you for sharing this, I watched the Babies documentary on netflix and they spoke about how babies don't grow steady but grow in bursts, so I wonder if adults heal in bursts in a similar way?

Dr. Gominak says "D makes us sleep longer when it's low." However, if I understand her correctly, she really meant to say "when it's high," if a deficiency leads to poor sleep, and if animals hibernate at after summer ends when their levels of D would be at their peak.

I think she meant that deficiency in d leads to poor sleep therefore body needs to sleep longer in order to make up for poor quality!

Try magnesium and if that fails, get a hair mineral analysis.
