Unless you’re expecting original content which it lacks, the level designs are completely different and features enemies that are not even present in the original levels. Also the color pallete is different.

Cool hack, but why no moonwalking on stairs? Such a good soundtrack for this game; It never gets old.
The color pallete is the more noticeable change, other than that maybe the layout of the stages and dificulty.
