Hi Stacy- Thank you for sharing! I really appreciate how many of these plants are succulents and low-maintenance compared to the ones you featured in your earlier videos. A lot of us don't have the same time for plant care as we did before, so a video focused on easy-care plants for 2024/2025 would be great. The plant industry has really evolved since COVID, and while many of us are still passionate about plants, we're now more drawn to the low-maintenance varieties. Love your videos!
@O_i7 Hi!! 😊 thank you so much for watching! And yes my life has changed so much and my plant collection now reflects what works for my lifestyle now. I prefer low maintenance plants nowadays as well. 😊
Hi Stacy, You’re my OG of RUclips plant people. Really missed your beautiful videos, and so happy you’re back, including Olí. What about some videos about more flowering plants or how to find rarer plants? You have so more special hard to find specimens. 🌸🌿🌺
I havent watched plant channels for a couple years. It was right after your first baby was born. Man, covid was a trip. I always loved your terracotta pot displays. God bless you Stacey.
Hi Stacy! I have never seen a ric rack cacti bloom! So Awsome!…..so so happy you did this tour! So cute to see Ollie so far too! Ok going to keep watching!
I stopped the video 3 minutes in to marvel at the fact that you started with 2 of my most favorite plants: Philo Micans and Scindapsus pictus Exotica. If I had to abandon my house and could take only a handful of plants, those 2 would certainly make it out.
@@glendamartinez9309 Mathilde is so pretty! I have several Hoya, but not that one. The one Hoya I would run out of my house with is H. wayetii variegata.
@@glendamartinez9309 Thank you for the recommendation! And sorry about your wayetii. They are prone to rot when they ae little. Once they mature, they become more adaptable. (I grow all my Hoya in Pon or LECA now, easier for me.)
Loved watching all the lovely plants and pots. Could you please do a video on ways to hang plants like ceiling hooks, different kinds of plant shelves, grow lights etc ?!
Your terracotta pots are beautiful! To answer some of your questions ID-ing…the skinny little cactus kinda looks like a pickle cactus. I am not sure what the second one was but the dark green one without spines is a cuddle cactus. Loved the houseplant tour! I just purchased my first caudex and it should get here by this weekend. So excited! Love yours! I’m going to have to get a few more!
I am amazed your exotica runner has leaves! Mine just keeps sending out bare runners that I keep cutting off 😐. Love how you style your gorgeous plants.
Thanks for another great video. You were asking for segment ideas and I would love to learn more about your Rhipsalis collection. I have 5 myself and it’s hard to get information about them.
First time viewer, love your planty tastes! There’s a few I’ve never seen! Cool beans, You should pot that crawler in a rectangular pot I keep killing the regular Hoya Sigillatis, can’t make them happy The Cissus you’re not sure about looks exactly like my “pickle plant”
Two thumbs up! That Philodendron Callosum is very interesting! I've seen some people actually let the stolon grow down over the side of the pot rather than put it in a long and it looks kinda cool. So I wouldn't be afraid to let it do that. The plant I saw in your other video that I loved wasn't even a hoya, it's the dischidia tonsuensis! I also love that hoya pauciflora. Added to my shopping list.
P.S. Forgetting happens to all of us...maybe it's time for some plant tags. Maybe clear ones and you stick them down further in the pot so they don't disrupt your aesthetic.
Hi Stacey, I missed your videos, I am so happy you have come back. In which medium, you are growing your Hoyas. I have seen so many plant videos, but yours is unique and beautiful, welcome back Stacey. 🎉
So great to hear from you! As usual, your plants and styling of them is impeccable. I noticed that you no longer have your ficus deltoidea. You had a great run with it - it was the most beautiful specimen. I’ve tried to grow one (inspired by yours) several times but never had success. I’m so impressed by your Peperomia collection! Also inspired by your pep kimnachii, I purchased one. It’s still hanging in but barely. I have poor luck/skill with peps. If there are any tips you could share (such as watering), I would love it. My climate is no so different from yours- I’m in coastal CT zone 6b. I assume because you’re 7a? Also- I remember you posted last fall about succulents you had in pots outside that were glorious! Do you still have your greenhouse? Sorry to bombard you with questions but you’ve been missed! Hope you’re enjoying parenting! 😊
@debracancelliere4081 hi!! Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to write a comment! I passed on the Ficus Deltoidea to someone else when I did some downsizing of my plant collection. The peperomia kimnachii have been an easy one for me, i let it dry it alot because it has such a succulent leaves. I'm not sure if thats helpful? Other than that I really don't pay much attention to it. I always try moving my plants to different spots if they don't seem to be thriving. And the greenhouse, we had a huge wind storm here a while back and the greenhouse was completely destroyed including all the plants I had inside, pots, etc. The succulents were in there as well.
@pattituringan6745 thank you for watching! Oh goodness, we had a huge wind storm here, and my greenhouse was completely smashed so we no longer have a greenhouse anymore.
