- So Balenciaga has crawled out from under its rock again, with the most predictable announcement ever!
While none of us are surprised, it sure does beg a lot of important questions... so here we are over a year later talking about the aftermath of the scandal!

I'm so glad you talked about this because my good friend recently got a new Balenciaga bag and when I pointed out that they were cancelled, she responded with "oh no one cares anymore" and I was quite shocked by her lack of empathy. It definitely makes me think of her differently now. CP is not something to be taken lightly.
You're wise to pay close attention to this 'friend' - because if her views are as changeable as the wind, its only a matter of time before it comes to bite you.
Unless you are an activist against CP, most people will forget or turn a blind eye.
Couldn't agree more with everything you said in this video. The state of the world and our lack of morals and the corruption that is just accepted is exactly what makes the Kardashians and Demna thrive. I think my worry is that when an envelope is pushed like that, the real reason behind it is to test the waters, to see if society is at a place yet where they will accept it. I'm relieved that most of us have given a resounding "NO" and that they felt that with the downfall of their company, but seeing ANYONE support them after that is concerning to say the least. It absolutely gives me pause and makes me look at those people suspiciously. There is nothing that could convince me that Balenciaga (Demna) deserves to be celebrated in any way at this point.

i was just wondering about this. most people have no principles. there are literally countless other luxury brands, but a lot of fashion girls are shallow sheep. period
They didn’t just come back. They came back w a collection in march of 2023, they’ve done 5 collections since, and they’ve been dropping clothes consistently the entire time.
It’s strange - considering what they did, their latest show has over 3 million views on RUclips. Granted, I wasn’t dressing in Balenciaga from head to toe before, I’m not interested in their degeneracy (which started to show even before their despicable toddler campaign)
Cristobal Balenciaga is turning in his grave girl / from establishing a new era in fashion and creating legacy of elegance and sophistication, dressing Grace Kelly & Audrey Hepburn, THEY managed to reduce this iconic brand into a cynical capitalist joke or should I say - Kapitalist.
The check might be much smaller than you think, it just might be the attention she's addicted too
