Delphi dcm 2.7 AP Read via boot mode successfully with OBDSTAR DC 7060

obdstar dc706 can read and write delphi 2.7 AP ecm via mode and bench mode but in bench mode only flash data can read . Both eeprom and flash data available in boot mode.
