I loved this game. It had the best of all the Myst engines. I wasn't too crazy about the puzzles in this though and this was one of the first Myst games I needed help with them, but the story was worth it. That ending was great.

That part where Atrus told us to make sure Yeesha did her homework, not knowing she had disappeared, had me like "Aye, hehe, uh, no problem Atrus, I got it covered! Hehehe

The whole concept of inserting actors into video games seemed to have died out in the mid to late 90's. I don't even think it was a thing. But the Myst series did a great job of it. I think players didn't really need to interact with actual humans in these types of games.. Just flash forward 10+ years with the Far Cry series and the beautiful rendition of all those NPC characters and bad dudes.

My main idea for a fix in the game is set a variety of solutions for Haven like there are in Spire. There is no need to return on second play.

This is a great concept, but not showing any of the journals means you miss stuff. By the time you get to Achenar's lake house, the most pivotal story point of the entire game is simply skipped. Again, I think the concept of this is smart and some of it is executed brilliantly, but if you're really trying to direct a movie based on this, you need to include more cutscenes and journals.
