  • Mount Idqas or Mount Quds (the old historical name), nicknamed "Awf Al-Akhdar Mountain", is one of the mountains of Hijaz, and its height above sea level is 2161 m (7089 ft). It is located southwest of Medina, approximately 100 km away from it, and also approximately 25 km away from the village of Al-Yatmah, which is administratively affiliated to it, to the west.
It contains various trees, such as: juniper trees, mountain mint, and others. There is also a spring of water on this mountain that runs throughout the year. The mountain can be reached via Al-Hijrah (Makkah-Madinah) from the exit of Al-Yatmah towards the west, and this road serves several villages, including Khalas, Al-Sadirah, and Farsha Al-Shami.
