I loved this look into your process - thanks for sharing it with us! Those reusable index cards are so cool… I had no idea something like that existed.
I'm interested in seeing more of the grid thingy with how the characters think of each other. I don't see anything mentioned in the dooblydo. I got my floor plan. I'll be a beta reader for ya. 😁 I can hear and see N laughing in my head at the BDSM. 😂
Funny coincidence! My book is set in some made up town also, but I didn't really get into any details during my zero draft, and I was thinking of putting it in New York (the state not the city), and then boom! You say you're from New York! I really like the ideas here! Your book sounds like a movie. I like how you mention laughing hysterically while writing erotica, because I'm the exact opposite, I write whump and laughing my head off, high on the drama of my characters thinking their loved one is dead or whatever. Thanks for showing us this set-up! Would the post-it notes template work on A4 paper or just American size? I'd love to try it on my pretty pastel pink post-its that I bought for very serious reasons and not juste because they were pastel pink.
Lol you sound like a fun writer. I get kind of high on doing terrible things to my characters as well, though I cry the entire time I'm actively writing it haha. Thank you for reminding me about the post-it templates! Currently there's only US Letter but I should add an A4 template in there too.
Thanks for this video! I'm writing my first book and lots of things here helps me. I'm good at plotting but organizing is a challenge 😊
Oh wow! So much info and I love the character sheets you made. I love your setup. I would love to make something similar❤️ thanks for sharing
I love this! I'm for sure going to be snatching a few of these ideas from you. Excited to see where the writing journey takes us both!
Yaaasss! Happy writing!

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Yeah, Rocketbook has some pretty cool stuff! I try to save paper where I can and those seemed like a good investment.

Where did you get your binder dividers?
I actually made them on my cricut out of foiled acetate! I bought some SVGs on Etsy from ListLab.
The minute you said meta, I knew you were also a Rachael Stephen fan. 😊
Do you work on a regular job or you just write?
I have a small business that I run aside from writing.
