@@creatingconcrete yes sir I did. Just getting into concrete as an art form and building material… currently I’m experimenting with cotton fabric… thouroughly dipped in Portland. A fair amount of strength from 3 layers, made a good parallel from your thickness video 1.5” , the three layers is about 1/4 altogether, anyways thanks again!!!! Keep atter!

Awesomesauce!! I am building 2 structures and want to use aircrete walls in them. A screened in porch and a shed (12×20').
I have been following HoneyDo Carpenter for years. But, I like seeing other people's formulas to make aircrete.
I have been wanting to build something with aircrete since 1995.

Regarding the inferior 'top pour' - using a rotary cement mixer would reduce the layering

Are you planning on doing any strength and other tests on these now that they have fully cured? Thanks!

I found your videos trying to understand what kind of concrete Storcks Designs uses for their products. They almost feel like silicon. I would love to learn more about that material.

You answered most of my questions except for how do you keep it hydrated in the steel studs and sheet rock form and how long to cured it to full hardness, and where would I put a vapor barrier on the inside, or the out side of the cabin, and could I put siding over this product? I know I have a lot of questions sorry for being a pain in your back side, I am trying to go off grid as inexpensively as possible. THANK YOU for your time.

What's the best 'cast-able' concrete- mix if I want to make small figurines with high detail?

thanks for the great videos; do you use any type of oil to make it easier to demold?

Im wondering how long the final cured aircrete product would last if it were completely submersed in water.

    Inferior foam?

Nice. Adding graphene to the mix the concrete is strengthened by about 50%. You could make your own graphene from graphite with dish soap and a blender. With it bing in a liquid form it works better mixing with the Portland cement. Also, the foam does not need to be made and added to get the fine bubbles in the concrete. Adding powdered aluminum will do the trick as it reacts to the Portland. I do not know what ratio needs to be added. I would experiment to find out. Too much powdered aluminum becomes an improvised bomb. For fhe past few years, I have been fighting health problems. I am hoping to get better so I can go back to experimentation. I forgot to include the link about graphene. ruclips.net/video/_FlCvZvzDPM/видео.html

22lbs of mix makes one block but 5lbs each of aircrete 😯
