China's internal corruption and top-down power structure is not unlike Russia - and relying on quantity over quality / training. Actual combat experience is something the US has in spades (for better or worse)
USA relays to much in to technology, I think that's a weak point, that's why they lost against Vietnam, if you put them in to "actual combat" there is a couple of countries that come on top.
In a future big war all electronics are going down, and Army's that relay to much in this are going to be in an disadvantage.

Based on the accuracy of the Russia/Ukraine one that eventually happened a few years later, I am terrified of watching this
I mean, you shouldn't worry too much. They don't quite have what it takes. While quantity may have a quality of its own, the power gap is far too great. While they may be able to have the might to become a global power by today's standards by 2049, we would have already held that title by over half a century and we would far surpass our own current might by that point. With supplemental power from the rest of NATO and our allies, we're going to be pretty safe if China lashes out against us.

Not special to predict the Russo-Ukraine war. It was either Russia invades Ukraine and overruns it in days or Russia invades Ukraine and is stalled pretty quickly, either of which at the time had a solid argument so it was really based on what side you chose. But anyways, China's very likely not going to be a superpower as it's population is becoming old and the economy is going to take a dip. No one particularly likes China so there's no actual powerful nation that's going to side with China and China's military is likely going to be very bad.

If I were the us navy I’d build hundreds of ships that look like carriers and destroyers from the air. Built from old cargo ships and etc so they’re relatively inexpensive . That way you give the chines missiles hundred of targets in addition to the electronic and ballistic counter

I would not do this. For a whole number of reasons. There's a lot more to deciding whether or not it's worth spending a million bucks (or more) on destroying a seabourne target.
What the US Navy needs to do right now is invest much more heavily in ship mounted kinetic and electronic anti-missile countermeasures, as well as expanding the USN's anti-submarine warfare capabilities. One of the biggest things we can look forward to in these departments is unmanned naval surveillance. Think NOAA but for detecting aerial, surface, and submerged threats in a non-permissive environment.
Also, we can't forget the USN Next Generation Fighter program and USAF Next Generation Air Dominance fighter program. These could include unmanned smart drones to fill out fighter wings and deploy standoff munitions, better stealth tech, better radar, better everything.
By the end of the decade, we might be fully introduced to the next generation of warfighting technology. Sig Sauer MCX rifles, standardisation on 77gr HPBT 5.56, 6.8x51 tungsten or depleted uranium AP rounds, advancements in body armour capabilities, enhanced comms networks, next gen grenades, and advancements in medical technology.
This is the future of western militaries that is quietly being put into effect as we speak.
If there is a war with China (and I sincerely hope there isn't) it will be started by the United States and their lapdogs in Britain, Australia, etc.

I work on Slot Machines for a living here in Nevada. One of the companies that supplies slot machines to the U.S. is 'Aristocrat Gaming'. They at based out of Australia.. But oddly enough all the machines we have put into our casino the last 2 years have been Chinese themed with Dragons, Fireworks, Buddha, lucky this or prosperity that.. It gets old and none of the employees, and majority of our guest do not seem to like the idea of their favorite casino being turned into an all Chinese themed play area. Take a stand Americans, anything Chinese owned or manufactured do not give your money to. I pray all the people would join together and stop funding this nonsense.. STOP SHOPPING AT WAL-MART.. I mean, I do skip a lot of the stupider ones, so you might have a point. But I've also seen vids that reference super obscure events that I get pleased hearing actually mentioned, so I can’t complain much about the ones I do watch...
Parts of it are very real researched until it tries to say that one administration did nothing (but references some of the things that were actually done) while the other is doing...something, but can't say what they're doing because it's actually nothing. I prefer when they stick to real facts and leave the writer's political opinion's out of it.

@@lion6379 china regulates social media and their citizens, whenever someone speaks ill of china either through social media by posting memes or in public by tearing down propaganda, they are able to identify that person on their database (idk what kind but some sort of social security system database) and reduce or increase that person's "social score"

I mean, it would probably act something like an unpredictable wild animal. It's annoying and probably very dangerous but hit hard enough with a good-sized stick and it'll back down. They're ruthless, but they lack the technology, experience, and firepower to stand up to even our navy alone. The US Navy is literally the second-largest airforce in the world, only outmatched by our actual airforce. They may have modernized a bit, but they're still leagues behind. While China is slowly creeping up on the present, the US is already barreling ahead towards the future.
