- In 2012, Lena was diagnosed with breast cancer, with a tumor in her left breast. She had it removed, and everything was fine until a mammogram in 2019 showed a 9mm tumor in her breast. She chose to put off surgery until after a vacation to Mexico, where she happened to hear about Dr Joe. Lena was curious, and so she watched the Intensive and Progressive Online Courses, and she also began meditating every day. She kept putting off surgery. Slowly, she became more aware of the unconscious programs that were keeping her in a limited past. She is now experiencing healed relationships, delightful synchronicities…and the disappearance of the tumor in her breast.

By far the most relatable, “real”, testimonial to date. By this I mean that she speaks of struggling to do the work, yet persevering. She doesn’t feel like she had any exceptionally advanced experiences, yet always felt better and was satisfied with that result. Despite all this she has had exceptional outcomes! Really inspiring.
Totally agree! The most useful take home for me is when she said she always felt better after the meditations (even if it was tough to get into the vibe because presumably she was proud/grateful she persisted) - so we should keep practising and rejoice in the practise even if the session was tough. Totally agree. The One thing she does mention is that she got over her limiting belief and emotion and crossed the river of change. I've been using meditations and had amazing experiences, but I can't get over my old self.. Going to Double and triple the efforts now.. Thank you Lena for the inspiration.

My most challenge is during the last time, that I don't notice such extraordinary explosion experiences in my heart and/or brain or feeling any arousal in my nervous system. I experience much different senses in space, realm and what behind during the meditations, but not this explosions! And so I see, I stop my go on with this emerging belief not to be capable of doing Dr. Joe's work right and produce an effect. Again thank you to Lena :-)
by labelling this testimony 'most real' you make it seem that the others were not 'real' in effect undermining their testimonies and the people who related with them. an interesting choice of words really.
@@parix85 Agree, she probably feels too unworthy to have the "exceptionally advanced experiences" and therefor have to judge those as less "real" to mitigate that feeling of unworthiness. It is for everyone though.

Every time I feel like I need some encouragement to keep going, the universe hands me something! This testimonial was that for me...I needed to hear that it didn't necessarily happen for her with some dramatic pop or anything out of the normal. She just kept believing and it worked for her. Dear Lena ! Thank you so much for narrating your experiences with the meditations in such detail. Really helpful when you say that , despite the meditations not happening in a perfect or satisfactory way sometimes, you just kept on trying and doing them daily.... and keeping up with the work eventually helps and renders miracles to happen! I have heard this from many people before, and now when I am in a place of some despair despite my daily meditations , (and some good ones too... ) I am able to feel hope and take your word for it. Amazing story
Normally, my top focus is on the healings in the testimonials, but the story about the lost bag with all her son's savings...that was like a nail biter mystery. I knew what the ending had to be, but it still had me almost holding my breath, just waiting for the confirmation. Loved this testimonial! And am, of course, delighted with the healing!

I like when she said she didn't think she I guess she meant have the mystical experience and that she did it anyway and it worked for her. I'm on the same boat. I try my best with each meditation and even though sometimes I think I was too distracted, I still feel better after, and proud of myself that I showed up.
