lmao the fact that colap’s beat drops from 2019 are being used as fillers in 2021 speaks a lot of how much he improved 💀
The difference I felt from him is he is not only reacting as opera singer, his also reacting as a beatbox fun, which I really enjoy.
The editing mistakes will be fixed over time. I'm aware of their existence. I use a video editor that I personally coded.
Naming/thumbnail errors are a simple matter of fixing how the files are moved around + expanding the number of folders that can hold videos. The editor is currently limited to 9. There are more than 20 videos for this week alone. Audio sync issues are unfortunately far more complicated, but also fixable.
For those wondering why I don't simply sit down and make some quality control efforts, there are many reasons. Time, pleasing an algorithm that favors extreme quantity, living costs, and ambition to do different videos in addition to reaction videos.
Fear of mistakes will never hold me back from doing what I think is right for the channel. I expect most of you to resent this response, but for those invested in the channel who may be frustrated, this is how I will ultimately achieve higher quality videos. Time saved = opportunity to do more than just jumpcuts. More videos means more money to invest into the channel (GPUs, more cameras, better lenses, contractors, time etc). More videos means I can collect large sample sizes in a shorter period of time so that I can test whether y'all enjoy x, y, or z.
I want to help people learn about music and singing at no personal expense. The barrier to entry for a formal music education is unacceptable and comes at the cost of society. I believe that. I want to fix that. I'm that ambitious.
I hope some of you can get on board with that.
