Congratulations on expanding family! Our daughter had morning sickness for most of her pregnancy but she wouldn’t give up that little guy for anything. I always look for your videos but must have been so busy l missed these.

*I'm from Montreal originally and I greatly miss our time in the Early Spring which we lovingly refer to in The French Language as "Cabane a Sucre." Baked beans boiled in Maple Syrup and served covered in Maple Syrup, Fresh Super Large Eggs and Ham and Sausages boiled and cooked in fresh Maple Syrup, then covered in fresh Maple Syrup. Fresh Snow with hot boiling Maple Syrup poured onto it, then wrapped up on a stick and served to children. I am English, but I was born just West of Montreal, and we have nothing but Sugar Maple Trees in all of our local woods across Le Quebec ! 😃🙏*

Get a baby carrier that uses a frame and has a waist belt. I got so much done with my son useing one of these things. It gives him the mobility of being on me yet I have my hands to work with.

I love seeing the timber framing in your sugar barn. The Maple Leaf in the floor sealer is a fantastic touch. I commend you for your watchfullness concerning your work duties. That's some good sound reasoning. I got a good laugh when your son and husband were moving boards. It was so cute when your son noticed that dad took his pile of wood.
While I’m sure you’ve received more than a bit of unsolicited advice (as all expectant mothers do), the overriding concern is keeping in mind that your primary job is gestation. You and your baby’s health trump all other considerations. You’ve proven that you are quite capable of living with extreme sleep deprivation, DON’T DO IT this season.
My doctor said I can do everything I normally do and not to treat pregnancy like a sickness! 😂 However I will definitely be getting more sleep. The amount I currently sleep is unheard of! haha
I've got about 40-50 maples. live in SE Michigan, with this warming into Jan, should I start taping early, or wait for the impending snow in Jan-feb. Do I wait?
We don't like to tell people when to tap because it's always a judgement call as you never know what Mother Nature has planned. There are several farms around us that are already tapped, as for us we haven't begun to tap yet. We are waiting for the next big freeze 🤞

When able to go back to work put car in the truck to pick up the sap I know of a mom drove wreck carried twins in the truck working.
