Hey Mama! I just thought I'd share a recipe I learned from my husbands old bachelor roommates I've change it a bit but it's fantastic and easy. Chicken salsa bake 1_2 lbs cheddar or Mexican cheese 1_2 lbs shredded or cubed or canned chicken (cooked) a couple bottles salsa ( you want it to be pretty wet) a lb of fav pasta. I like angel hair a can of black beans a can of corn I always put a pack of Italian dressing -mix ranch mic is great too cook the noodles a bit aldente i pack mine with cheese and chicken so I put a lot but I haven't really measured Mix everything except half of cheese put rest of cheese on top cover with foil bake at 350 till hot 20- 25 min take of foil and cook 5 more min let rest for 10-15 min ( like lasagna) enjoy with sour cream and jalapenos or whatever toppings you like!
