What is the Success rate for HiFU on intramural fibroid and the likelyhood of them growing back. Also how many session would be needed to shrink the fibroid and how long will it take to shrink. How is HiFU any different from RFA?
I diagnosis fibroids last year February its three of it bt these no pains so my doctor said I must keep on checking after six month since then to check if are not growing or someghing coz I'm scared of surgery 😣 now my worry is that if these no damage fibroids did inside my tummy coz I don't have any kids bt I want them in future now I'm 37 years old 🤔
Thanks for the video. I have a couple and one is kind of large but my Dr. wants to wait and see if they get any bigger. I live in a small town and I wonder if the medical treatment is lacking here or if this is a normal response. I would rather just have a hysterectomy because it feels like I have a spikes poking into me from the inside out. I am also afraid that one will rupture and I will bleed to death. I also don't want to do situps because of this. They can be extremely painful at certain times of the month or if I have had a big meal. Should I seek another opinion?

Hey you need go to your doctor tell them you need them prescribe iron for your Anemia.
The thing with heavy bleeding is when you get to be in your 40s it actually stops, and it will go back to normal. you will go from having two weeks of periods to 6-7 days or maybe even less. However, your fibroids will not stop growing. I’d suggest getting the UFE. Can you get the procedure done via the wrist or the femoral artery.

Do you get an MRI to see if your fibroid has calcified. If it has calcified you might need a hysterectomy. I would check in with my gynecologist first and see if she can order you an MRI.
