Very interesting to see that process from an expert ! Question: I don’t see you talked about number of items each table can have. It’s something I always check for to know I need to use delegable function or create an archiving logic. Because as you know SharePoint get sluggish with large list. How do you adress this and I’m curious in your projects what’s the biggest list you used without problem in power apps?
that helped me with my line of thoughts in so many ways, THANK YOU, it seemed (for me) that i was having a conversation, and someone was really getting my point of why we should do the conceptual step THANK YOU
Thanks for creating these videos. I am VERY new to databases. I am trying to help my department streamline some data. This is helpful. While not exactly an analog for what we need, it is close enough for most of what I need.
Yes, it is video #5 in the course. Here's more info on the course if you're interested. ruclips.net/video/PaTWNJO3-8M/видео.html There is tons of content there.
You don't have to if you don't want to, and pull from AAD. However there is a large percentage of students that have a hard time getting access to either Dataverse or other resources like this to go from. 70% of Power Apps developers are using SharePoint out of necessity.
Another great tutorial, appreciate all your video's. I've been an off and on SP Dev since WSS 2003 and it's great to discover new ideas and methods for design and application. This video was a great refresher for me. Thank you for your time Darren!
@@PowerAppsTutorial For sure, would have been at this one but was already signed up for the MS Power Platform Virtual Training Day. Have my alerts set for your next stream! Cheers!

A little late to the party 🙂. I'm designing a different application but I'm able to use the concepts presented. Thank you very much.

Hi Dareen, if I have user information stored in my AAD, is it necessary to create the departments and users tables? Thank you

Hi @Darren Nesse how can I link 5 tables in sharepoint lists to one database and create a power app,,kindly assist if possible with pictorial guides
We do just that in the Ticketing Course. Have you checked out the other videos in the playlist?

Hi. It's possible if I do attendance tracker thru power apps?
Yes, I may do an attendance tracker app soon. I've seen lots of requests for it. :)
Can we just get the users from the GAL?
You could do that. Most people are never granted the access to create and manage user lists from their IT departments, however.
Creating a Power Automate that save emails Contents and Attachments to SharePoint Online List can work for Ronnie.
Thanks for the idea!
