It’s something I always check for to know I need to use delegable function or create an archiving logic. Because as you know SharePoint get sluggish with large list. How do you adress this and I’m curious in your projects what’s the biggest list you used without problem in power apps?

You don't have to if you don't want to, and pull from AAD. However there is a large percentage of students that have a hard time getting access to either Dataverse or other resources like this to go from. 70% of Power Apps developers are using SharePoint out of necessity.
Another great tutorial, appreciate all your video's. I've been an off and on SP Dev since WSS 2003 and it's great to discover new ideas and methods for design and application. This video was a great refresher for me. Thank you for your time Darren!

You could do that. Most people are never granted the access to create and manage user lists from their IT departments, however.
Creating a Power Automate that save emails Contents and Attachments to SharePoint Online List can work for Ronnie.
