    Thank you for this lesson! Some cultural things are not in books, so your tips are very useful. When you sing the potato chip advertisement, it's hard to hear the tones. I think a jin is closer to 1.1lb. For a cheapskate like me, that makes a difference.

    Hi Simona, I was wondering, are 斤 and 两 still used even when in western countries such as the US and Canada? Do we change it to pounds and kilos for western countries?

      I am not sure about other countries, but in US, people use
      ounces, 盎司
      pounds, 磅
      and tons, 吨
