your only pronunciation error was "usually" 雨注啊力 is the easiest way for your native language habits to get to "you zhu ah lee" the english zh isn't the same as the chinese or russian zh but is close to the french J as in jour.
This is really helpful , I've studied for some time and so the scene where the lady is told to wait for 20 minutes let me read the words I know and look up three words I wasn't sure of being zhi4,xu1,and deng3 , so I now learnt three new words in context and I'm only 34 seconds in ! Thanks for the interesting and practical lesson .
Thank you Simona. I think you make the most interesting lessons to learn Chinese. I don't get tired of watching them. I love the humour in your videos. It helps me to remember the vocabularies. Keep making your videos.👍👍👍
很好的视频,谢谢!Some things I have always wondered about is how to ask for more of something like a pot or cup of tea, would it just be something like 请再来一杯茶 or 请再来一壶茶? Or if I just want more hot water or a sauce or rice? I have just never been sure to use 再来,多,or 更 in those requests.
Very useful for Chinese learners, highly appreciate and thank you for this. How can you say "would you like to pay together or separately'' in Chinese?
Great video! How would you thank the people and praise the food and service? I loved the meal, the food was great. We really enjoyed everything. Or any other phrases like this to praise them
One of the topics I want to learn more about. What thanks I might ask the waiter for a while in a restaurant. I plan on going through your videos this fall maybe earlier. Look like very interesting and excellent videos for teaching.
I'm curious what the direct translations are for the words you were comparing to English. such as ni has actually meaning "you good" but indirect translates to "hi"
Hi laoshi! I have a question. 1) Qǐng wèn nǐ yào diǎn shén me? Literal translation to : May I ask what you like to order? 2) Qǐng wèn nǐ yào chī diǎn shí me? Literal translation to: May I ask what you like to eat? Does that mean shén me and shí me have the same meaning? And in sentence 2) theres diǎn it means order right, so does that mean its "May I ask what you like to order & eat?"
Hi Simona! I love your videos!!! I want to know if there is a way for me to send you a Chinese symbol chart as I want to get some symbols tattooed but I want to know if the meanings are correct? Thank you!

can you teach me korean? i like kpop and kdrama!
Thanks for your questions! You are watching very carefully 👍👍 Sorry 什么 the correct pinyin should only be shén me.
吃点什么 here 点 doesn’t mean order , is just a word we use here for spoken Chinese. Doesn’t have a specific meaning
So helpful, xie xie Simona!

Hi, it would be great if you can elaborate the grammar of the sentences, for instance the "ba" in "qing bang wo ba .....". Thank you.
Thanks so much for ur suggestion! Of course! 吧 ba has no meaning, it’s for used at the end of a sentence indicating entreaty, suggestion command, etc.
